The space

Beautiful Sunshine Beach house located in a quiet residential area in Noosa. The house is a near flat walk to the eclectic Village where you will find a host of amenities including gourmet corner store, boutique cafes, bars, restaurants and newly renovated Surf Club. The pristine patrolled beach is directly on front of the Surf Club. The house comprises of large open plan living with blue ocean views, cooling breezes and undercover balcony. You can access the pool from the upper level balcony by a set of external wooden stairs. Luxe master retreat with walk in robe and beautiful ensuite with double shower are located on the top level with another good sized bedroom. The upper level of the house is fully air conditioned

The lower level of this immaculate home comprises of 2 further bedrooms, a bedroom alcove and the main bathroom with a sunken bath. Full laundry facilities are also on this level. The teenagers retreat is the perfect area for children to enjoy their own space with games, pool table, Smart TV and access to the pool

Noosa Council Requirements
As per the new code of conduct Noosa Council have passed from the 1st of February we require the below for every guest over 18 years that will be staying / visiting the property:
First and last names of all guests staying in the property
Ages of adults and children
Mobile number of each adult staying
Reason for your stay

Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions
Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team.

These laws also include lights being left on at night, excessive car parking (or parking on front of neighbours properties) and use of other residents’ bins. Please ensure that you are aware of these laws as they have been agreed to in our terms and conditions.

The 5th room is located downstairs with 1 x double bed. Please note this room is not fully enclosed but made private with the use of a privacy screen. This room is suitable for one adult or two small children.

There are so many things to enjoy whilst staying in beautiful Noosa.

Surfing, Stand Up Paddle Boards, afternoon & sunset cruises to name but a few amazing outdoor activities. Enjoy Sunday sessions on the Catalina boat cruising around the beautiful river.

Our home is a near flat 3 minute walk to gorgeous patrolled Sunshine Beach village, North Sunshine Beach, Duke Street cafes, restaurants, shops and newly renovated child friendly Surf Club. Dine in fabulous restaurants such as XO and lovely cocktails at The Marble Bar.

Hastings Street cafes, restaurants and boutiques are only a 5 min drive or 15 min bike ride away. You can walk through Noosa National Park and arrive to Hastings Street in 25 minutes, perfect for some afternoon exercises before enjoying a glass of well deserved wine at Miss Moneypenny’s or Bistro C.

Noosa National Park is one of Australia’s most visited parks and has five picturesque walking tracks ranging from one to eight kilometres and caters to all fitness levels.

Just less then 5 mins drive away at Noosa Junction is a eclectic mix of cafes, shops and restaurants. This is where the locals mostly dine and are affordable and child friendly. It is also the location of a large Coles which has an excellent array of groceries, Pardon’s fruit shop and fresh seafood at Noosa Junction Seafood Markets. There is also ‘Organica’ which is a large supermarket in Noosaville which stocks everything from organic wine to kids organic health lollies!

Multiple surfboard, bike and scooter hire outlets are within close proximity. World class Noosa Springs Golf Club and Noosa Aquatic Centre (with kids heated pool) are situated in the local vicinity (2 minute drive).

There are a variety of mid-week and weekend markets to enjoy such as Eumundi and Noosa Farmers Markets.

There are a multiple of day trips are available including Australia Zoo, Aussie World, The Ginger Factory, Fraser Island, and the quaint hinterland villages of Maleny, Montville and Eumundi.

Getting Around

Everything in Sunshine Beach is accessible by any easy walk. There are also regular local buses (which are free over the Christmas, NY and Easter periods and some weekends) that travel between Sunshine Beach and Hastings Street, Noosa Junction, Noosaville and Peregian Beach. Maroochydore airport is only a 20 min drive away and there are many bus companies that pick up from your door, and drop off to Brisbane (1.5 hours away) and Maroochydore airports. Uber is very popular in the area and there is a local Taxi service, Suncoast Cabs which is very reliable.
