SUITABLE FOR MAXIMUM 6 ADULTS and 4 children as the children room is suitable for guests under 12 years of age only.

The house flows over two levels with the kitchen, dining and living area on the entry level, there are two double bedrooms on this level with the main bathroom. There is a generous sized balcony overlooking the lush tropical garden and private tropical pool. The top level is gorgeous with master bedroom and ensuite bathroom, and a childrens room with 2 single beds.

There is a children’s room downstairs (outdoor staircase to access seperate room). This room has a TV, comfortable couch and basic children’s toys.

Amenities include resort style yard with lagoon pool (basic heater with max temp of 24 degrees, May – October only), spacious balcony with BBQ, full kitchen, open plan living/dining, and separate living/lounge area ideal for the kids. Bed, bathroom and beach linen/towels are included. We also provide starter basic condiments like laundry/kitchen detergents, soap, hand wash and basic pantry to get you through your first night.

Noosa Council – No Party Policy and Noise Restrictions
Noosa Council has imposed a no party policy along with strict noise restrictions in the Noosa shire. This includes late nights and noise disturbance over an acceptable level. Please ensure you keep noise to a minimum especially after 10pm at night. Failure to comply with the restrictions will result in a member of a security company calling to the property and a fee will apply to the guest and possible eviction.

POOL HEATER
Please note the pool is heated to max 24 degrees. The heater is not designed to feel like a bath, it is designed to take the edge off the cold.

Noosa Pool and Spa services the pool each Friday in Summer and every second Friday during the cooler months.

Noosa Hill is where the locals live between the trendy hustle of Hastings Street, and the rejuvenated Noosa Junction which is where you will find Coles, funky restaurants, gourmet cafes, cinema and bars. There are some great cafes and little restaurants if you don’t feel like going down to Hastings Street. The Reef Hotel is a great pub just a five minute walk and provides Children’s entertainment.

Hastings Street is a ten minute walk down the leafy path and this is where you will find Noosa Main Beach, as well as great shops and restaurants.

If you love walking, running or beach fishing, the secluded Alexandria Bay is a beautiful 3km away through the national park (park entrance just 100m from the cottage).

Sunshine Beach is also minutes away. We provide guests with tips for the best local eateries and places that most visitors don’t know about.
