The house has everything you require for your well earned special Noosa holiday. As soon as you walk through the gorgeous large door you are greeted by a light filled Hamptons styled home with luxurious fixtures and finishings throughout. The open plan dining and living area are on the ground level with plenty of extras for your family including Smart TV, books, games and a playstation with lots of games. The gourmet kitchen has all high end Meile appliances, Nespresso compatiable pod coffee machine and well stocked pantry. The lovely owner has thought of all the extras to ensure you have an amazing time with your family. Beside the kitchen is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a powder room. The double garage is also ground floor with internal access into the house.
The first level comprises of the 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has the most amazing lake and hinterland views. The huge ensuite with free standing bath also enjoys those gorgeous views. There is a seperate shower as well as a large walk in robe in the very spacious master bedroom. The second and third bedrooms also have the same gorgeous views as well as a jack and jill shared bathroom. The 4th bedroom also has access to the main bathroom on the first level.

Gym facilities on site (additional cost to the guest for access) As our guest you have access to the entire house, double garage, private pool and shared pool facilities (accessed via a fob). Bedroom twos bed configuration is 2 x singles. However these can be converted into 1 x king bed. Should you wish for this to be done please let us know 72 hours prior to your arrival. There will be a $66 charge for the cleaners to change the configuration to King.
