The space

A true oasis for all seasons, the spacious three-storey home offers an alluring slice of beachside bliss that’s been thoughtfully executed to embrace its natural surrounds with most rooms overlooking lush trees. Expanses of glass throughout the levels marry the polished with the practical, including banks of louvres and gas-strut windows that cool the interiors and draw in beautiful natural light. The colour palette brings a sense of personality to each space, from soothing pastels and soft timbers to bold artworks and pieces of furniture that are as much about the chic as the comfortable

With three bedrooms and multiple relaxation spaces, the family-friendly floorplan spreads its sleeping and living quarters out to both allow for privacy and encourage community. The main entertainment hub is centred on the middle level, where ocean glimpses backdrop an open-plan zone that is bookended by a luxury entertainment quarter and also a main lounge complete with daybed and drinks bar overlooking the trees. The central gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for home chefs while a dining area encourages visitors to gather for conversation and good cheer over a meal

Downstairs, two bedrooms provide access to a private lawn and garden zone with inground saltwater pool (not heated), spacious covered daybed, outdoor furniture and stunning new hot and cold outdoor shower. Upstairs, the all-encompassing main suite flows through to a stunning rooftop terrace, kitted out for alfresco entertaining with a drinks fridge and barbecue. It’s the perfect spot for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner, or even just to drink in the incredible views of the ocean beyond

When you’re ready for a closer look at life on and under the water, the beach lies just 200m away and has a celebrated surf break as well as patrolled swimming and stretches of sand for families to enjoy. From there, answer the open invitation to visit the popular surf club or head to the local village cafes, restaurants and shops. For nature lovers, Noosa National Park is but a 15-minute stroll along the beach, with sand tracks to secluded Alexandria Bay

Air Conditioning
The property is fully air conditioned apart from the 3rd bedroom. If the A/C is on with the external doors and windows closed this will suffice to cool the home.

We are located on Bryan Street in beautiful Sunshine Beach. We are less than a minutes walk to the heart of the Village where you will find funky cafes, bars and restaurants. The pristine patrolled (all year round) beach is just across the road and right beside the newly renovated Sunshine Beach Surf Club. World famous Hastings Street and main beach are located a 5 minute journey away and Noosaville is only a 7 minute drive away. Should you be flying into the Sunshine Coast airport you can take the scenic route along the beach to Sunshine (approx 40 minutes drive). We are a 1.5 hours from Brisbane airport (traffic dependant).

Getting Around

You can easily walk to the patrolled beach, corner store, cafes and bars in Sunshine Beach. Should you wish to go further afield there are plenty of Ubers and taxis, or if you wish to hire bikes or scooters you can do so from many local businesses.
