The space

We are so excited to welcome you to our new Sunshine Beach home. We are located in one of the best locations in Sunshine Beach and Noosa. Vibrant Duke Street is close by and we are surrounded by lush tropical plants for privacy. We are steps to gourmet cafe, amazing restaurants, a general store, newly renovated Surf Club and bottle shop. The pristine patrolled beach is only moments away and a park with BBQ’s and swings is directly across the street. You won’t need your car at all during your beach escape. If you wish to travel to busier Hastings Street there is a bus stop close by or Uber is a cheap way to get around whilst enjoying the cocktails! Our home flows over three levels with two bedrooms and main bathroom on the lower entrance level. We have selected ultra comfortable beds and hotel grade linen to ensure you have a restful sleep before hitting the beach. The master bedroom has reverse cycle air conditioning. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The mid level of the townhouse comprises of a light bright living area with reverse cycle air conditioning and the most comfortable deep couch you will ever sit on. There is a 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix and a cool Egg chair to enjoy reading exciting novels in the afternoon. The living area flows onto an open balcony with high stools and bar table for afternoon cocktails before dinner in one of the gorgeous restaurants. You can see blue ocean views peeking between the huge tropical pine trees and lush plants that surround the area.

The top level consists of a full kitchen with all mod cons (including coffee machine) and dining area. The laundry area with dryer and washing machine are on this level along with a powder room

There is air conditioning (reverse cycle) in the living area and main bedroom and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

There is a shared pool in the complex (not heated)..

We also own a beautiful apartment in Sunrise Beach with blue ocean views and moments from the beach. We are already superhosts and have welcomed many happy guests over the last couple of years.

Guest access
As our guest you will have access to the entire townhouse and shared pool in the complex. There is a single car port just outside the front door with additional free on street parking outside.
Other things to note

If the bed configuration is not suitable for your group we can put the single beds together to form a queen bed. If you would like us to do this please give us 72 hours notice to organise with the cleaners.

Egg chair – please ask children not to swing on the egg chair in the living area.

For your stay we provide a starter pack of basic condiments. Linens and towels including beach towels are provided for the amount of guests staying.

If you require additional linen, towels, or cleaning services during your stay, please contact us before you check in, and these can be provided at an extra cost.

Noosa Council Requirements:
As per the new code of conduct Noosa Council have passed from the 1st of February we require the below for every guest over 18 years that will be staying / visiting the property:
First and last names of all guests staying in the property
Ages of adults and children
Mobile number of each adult staying
Reason for your stay

Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions
Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team.

Noosa Council has recommended the use of outdoor areas be limited to reasonable hours to not impact on adjoining resident’s sleep and enjoyment of their homes.
Limiting the hours of use of outdoor areas such as decks and balconies to generally no later than 9pm, particularly on weekdays, is advisable. Guests should then move inside and turn off outside music and outdoor lights.

Due to our all year round tropical weather swimming pools in Noosa are mostly not heated.

As we are located very close to the beach and Sunshine Beach is built on a Sand dune we cannot fully eradicate ants and other insects. We respect and accept our environment and ask you as our guest to understand. Please ensure doors are not left open and do not leave food out to minimize disruption.

Our home is located in beautiful Sunshine Beach and only across the street from Sunshine Village where you can find a host of amenities. We will supply you with the house compendium with information on restaurants, child friendly things to do in Noosa and whats happening in the area. Noosaville with SUP’s, Jet Ski Hire and BBQ boats is an easy 7 minute drive away. There is a Coles, butchers, seafood market and organic fruit and vegetable market close by in Noosa Junction. The Junction is also where you will find funky new eateries and the local cinema.

Getting around
You can walk to the village and patrolled beach in a moments however if you wish to go further afield you can easily drive anywhere in Noosa. There are no traffic jams in our lovely town. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away and Uber is very popular in the area. There is a local taxi service which can be ordered online. You can also cycle anywhere in Noosa with lots of cycle friendly lanes on the main roads, or zip around town in a hired scooter for the day…Bliss!!
