The space

The stunningly spacious townhouse is laid out over two levels with multiple private terraces and outdoor spaces. Views of the blue Coral sea can be seen from both levels of the home with whitewater views from the master bedroom. The ground floor consists of a light and airy open plan living area with stunning modern kitchen with all mod cons and Nespresso compatible coffee machine. The beautiful built in dining area is directly beside the kitchen. Flowing on from the living area is an alfresco dining area which is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or brunch.

Behind the kitchen on the ground level you will find a very private and stunningly landscaped terrace with outdoor heated shower, another alfresco dining table and inbuilt couch with fire pit. There is also a private lockable gate from the terrace for your use. There is also a laundry and power room on the ground level. Should you have to work on your special holiday there is a seperate study nook and unlimited wifi on this level.

The first level of the home comprises of 3 spacious bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master retreat with deluxe king size bed with hotel grade linen, reverse cycle A/C and fan ensures a restful nights sleep. Ensuite bathroom with waterfall shower and organic Lief bathroom products (hand and body wash) ensure you are refreshed and ready for the day. There is a private balcony off the master so you can see whitewater ocean views from the bedroom as well as the balcony. There is a large walk in robe for your belongings. The second and third bedrooms are also on the first level with the stunning renovated family bathroom with waterfall shower.

There is a large heated pool in the small complex along with shared BBQ facilities.

This gorgeous property is located 150m from beautiful Sunrise Beach. There is a gorgeous cafe called Chalet and Co right beside the complex for gourmet coffee, juices and brunch. You can walk along the beach to Sunshine Beach where you will find an eclectic village with shops, restaurants and bars. World famous Hastings Street and main beach are located only a short 5 minute drive away.

Getting around

You can scoot, cycle or walk anywhere in Noosa, or hire a car for the duration of your stay. Sunrise Beach is a beautiful residential neighbourhood in stunning Noosa. Noosaville and Noosa River are a 7 minute drive away should you wish to go further afield. You can fly into the Sunshine Coast airport and take a leisurely drive along the coast in 35 minutes. Brisbane is a 1.5 hour drive away.
