Welcome to our gorgeous Noosa family home. We would love for you to enjoy our house and everything that Noosa has to offer. We are located in a quiet exclusive residential estate in Noosa Waters and our home is an easy walk to vibrant Noosaville where you can find a host of amenities including gourmet river cafes, seafood restaurants, funky bars and unique boutiques. Our home flows over two spacious levels with three large bedrooms downstairs. All with brand new deluxe Queen beds and fans. The family bathroom with relaxing bath and seperate shower are on the lower level. There is also a second bathroom with shower. Our gourmet open plan kitchen comes complete with all mod cons including Miele gas cooktop, Pod coffee machine (takes Grinders coffee pods). The dining table is located just off the kitchen and has glorious views over picturesque Noosa River. Sliding doors lead off the living and dining areas to a deck with generous sun loungers and steps lead down to your own private dock! The cosy living room has a 55 inch Smart TV and beautiful grey leather lounge. Our master suite flows over the entire top level with stunning deluxe bed overlooking the river and large ensuite bathroom.
There is air conditioning in the living area, second TV room, master bedroom and fans throughout to ensure you stay cool during summer and cosy during our ‘Winter’ (averaging 20 degrees during the day!!). There is a private dock off the rear of the house and you can hire BBQ boats and bring them straight to the house to pack up for a day on the River. The canal is private for residents only so you will not see annoying noisy BBQ boats passing by. Retire to the media room with leather couch, beach bags and huge 75 inch TV in the evening. Draw the blinds, pop the popcorn and relax and settle into the Noosa lifestyle. Unlimited Wifi and double car garage are available for your use.
We have a sparkling private pool located off the living and pool area (fully pool compliant).

Due to the bed configuration the house is suitable for MAXIMUM 8 ADULTS. Noosa Council have imposed very strict regulations on all holiday accommodation in the Noosa Shire. The most important is noise restrictions and this must be kept to a minimum, especially after the hours of 10pm at night. Unfortunately we must abide by these regulations or fines will be processed to both hosts and guests and we would be banned from holiday renting. Please ensure the house is suitable for your requirements prior to booking.

For your stay we provide a starter pack of basic condiments. Linens and towels including beach towels are provided for the amount of guests staying.
The pod coffee machine is not Nespresso compatible however you can use Grinders coffee pods.
Our trustworthy gardener Steve looks after the garden fortnightly and Pierre our pool guy services the pool weekly.
If you require additional linen, towels, or cleaning services during your stay, please contact us before you check in, and these can be provided at an extra cost. For longer stay bookings we can provide a mid stay clean however this will be at a cost to you. Please let us know if you would like us to arrange this for you.
Please note the fly screen doors on bedroom 2 & 3 are locked for pool safety compliancy. The pool and spa are fully compliant with Queensland regulations.
If you wish to holiday with extended family or friends Gemma manages another house very close by which she can help extra people book.
For bookings for 10 days or more we can organise a mid stay clean and linen change. Please let us know prior to your arrival (please note this will be at a cost to the you as the guest).
Please remember that Noosa is surrounded by National Parks and tropical plants. We try our best to ensure insects are kept at bay however it is impossible to fully eradicate them (especially pesky ants). Please be assured we keep these to a minimum.
