The space

BRAND NEW LISTING – Welcome to our newly purchased slice of Noosa heaven. We cannot wait to share it with you. Our apartment is located in a quiet residential complex with permanent neighbours. Our home flows over one spacious level inside with an open plan bright living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms (master with ensuite) and main bathroom. To make the most of the beautiful weather in Noosa, we have three spacious outdoor areas for you to enjoy. The main living room flows onto an undercover balcony with Weber BBQ and outdoor dining and a lower level courtyard with a comfortable lounge area, where you can enjoy evening drinks and cooling ocean breezes.

You can enter the apartment via the shared complex door, however you can also gain access to the street via the sliding doors leading onto the balcony and courtyard. There is a private access gate to enter the courtyard. Each bedroom and the living has reverse cycle air conditioning and fans. We have been lucky enough to have our home styled by the famous local interior designers Clo Studios, providing a relaxed, yet sophisticated vibe, and our home is filled with coastal luxe furnishings for the ultimate Noosa experience. There is also a courtyard area off the second bedroom at the rear of the block. We provide one single car garage and one undercover carport underneath the building (please note the car park is in front of the garage so you will need to park one car behind the other). There is also additional on street parking further down the road but not directly outside. We supply luxury hotel grade linen and towels including beach towels. After a hard day at the beach enjoy a shower or bath using the organic Saya bathroom products provided. On your arrival we also supply a starter pack of condiments to help you settle in. The apartment is located in the best area of Sunshine Beach and is a 2 minute walk to the patrolled area of the beach, amazing fully renovated Surf Club and the gorgeous Village. You will fall in love with vibrant Sunshine itself and never want to leave.

Whilst the apartment sleeps 6 guests the apartment is only suitable for maximum 4 adults. We are located in a quiet residential block with permanent neighbours and we must comply with both the strict body corporate bi-laws and Noosa Council Holiday Accommodation code of conduct. If you are interested in a holiday staying up late and drinking, sadly our home is not suitable for your group.

Outdoor Umbrella
Please leave this down when you are not using it. Strong winds will blow it over which can damage the umbrella.

Surf boards
These are for the owners use only so they have locked them but please feel free to use the boogie boards in the garage.

Baby equipment (high chair and porta cot) is stored in the garage.

Sunshine Beach, Queensland, Australia

The Noosa lifestyle has so much to offer so make sure you take full advantage of it. Surfing, Stand Up Paddle Boards, Afternoon Cruises to name but a few amazing activities.

The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area and only a 2 minute walk to patrolled Sunshine Beach, Duke Street cafes, restaurants, shops and surf club. Noosa foreshore and Hastings Street cafes, restaurants and boutiques are only a 5 min drive or 15 min bike ride away.

Noosa National Park and its beautiful coastline, private beaches and bays is only a 10-15 min walk away along the beach front. Noosa National Park is one of Australia’s most visited parks and has five picturesque walking tracks ranging from one to eight kilometres and caters to all fitness levels.

Just less then 5 mins drive away at Noosa Junction is a eclectic mix of cafes, shops and restaurants. It is also the location of Coles which has an excellent array of groceries, Pardon’s fruit shop and fresh seafood at Noosa Junction Seafood Markets.

There are a multitude of activities to choose from such as surfing lessons, stand up paddling, kite surfing, boat cruises, hot, group and beach yoga, walking trails. Noosa has excellent bikeways and is a very cyclist-friendly community. There are multiple surfboard, bike and scooter hire outlets in the area.

World class Noosa Springs Golf Club and Noosa Aquatic Centre are situated in the local vicinity.

There are a variety of mid-week and weekend markets to enjoy such as Eumundi and Noosa Farmers Markets.

There are also a multiple of day trips available including Australia Zoo, Aussie World, The Ginger Factory, Frazer Island, and the quaint hinterland villages of Maleny, Montville and Eumundi.

Getting around

Everything in Sunshine Beach is accessible by any easy walk from the apartment. There are also regular local buses (which are free over the Christmas, NY and Easter periods) that travel between Sunshine Beach and Hastings Street, Noosa Junction, Noosaville and Peregian Beach. The bus stop is located close by. Maroochydore airport is only a 20 min drive away and there are many bus companies that pick up from your door, and drop off to Brisbane (1.5 hours away) and Maroochydore airports. Uber is very popular in the area and there is a local Taxi service which are very reliable.
