Welcome to Soul on Sunshine, an architecturally designed and recently renovated Sunshine Beach home in Noosa consisting of open plan living with coastal styling and comfortable furnishings, self-contained kitchen, 2 living areas, 2 bdrms, sleeps 6, 2 bthrms, private heated plunge pool, indoor fireplace and private rooftop terrace to admire the sunsets. Spend cosy nights in watching Netflix or listening to Spotify with Bose surround sound after a day at the beach or hiking Noosa National park. Our recently renovated home flows over three spacious levels including a private rooftop terrace for sunset drinks. The lower level of the home comprises of the master bedroom with King size bed, study nook, ensuite bathroom, large built-in wardrobes, private balcony and deck overlooking the heated plunge pool area.

The space

We are located just a short stroll to white sandy beaches, the surf club or to one of the many cafés, bars and award-winning restaurants on Duke Street in Sunshine Beach. You are also only a short 5 minute drive or bus ride to iconic Hastings Street, Noosa Main Beach, Noosa National Park, Noosa Junction and all the fabulous shops and restaurants this area has to offer. The large apartment is built over three split levels, open plan, modern and full of natural light.

Our home flows over three spacious levels including a private rooftop terrace for sunset drinks. The lower level of the home comprises of the master bedroom with King size bed, study nook, ensuite bathroom, large built-in wardrobes, private balcony and deck overlooking the heated plunge pool area.

The second guest bedroom and main bathroom (also accessed from the second bedroom) are also on this level and has a Queen sized bed, 2 single bunk beds and built-in wardrobe.

Crisp white hotel grade linen and fluffy white towels are provided as well as hairdryer and locally produced, pure plant-based SAYA hand and body wash. Fully ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans.

A set of stairs leads up to the main living and kitchen areas of the home. On this level there is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an island bench and high stools perfect for pre-dinner drinks. Pop a selection of wines into the temperature controlled wine fridge to enjoy with your BBQ lunch on the balcony. A Nespresso machine is provided plus some basic pantry, tea and coffee items to get you started.

Cosy lounge area with a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV including Netflix, DVD and Bose surround sound system that flows throughout the house onto an undercover deck overlooking the heated plunge pool. There is an outdoor dining table with seating for up to 8 guests and a built in Weber BBQ. Walk up a short set of steps which will lead you into the second living area where you can enjoy the fireplace and one of the many books or magazines provided for you. From this living area you can access the fabulous private rooftop terrace for sunset drinks with twinkling lights, couch, bar table and chairs overlooking beautiful ocean and hinterland views. It’s a perfect place to finish a fabulous day at the beach.

~ Living area includes a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV for you to access your Netflix and Spotify accounts (please use your own logins) plus a Bose sound system.
~ Fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring granite stone bench tops with a Miele 5 burner gas cook top and under bench Miele electric oven, 2 dish drawer dishwashers, Miele microwave, large capacity fridge/freezer, Zip hot and cold filtered water tap, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee machine (don’t forget to bring your favourite Nespresso compatible pods with you!) plus wine fridge.
~ 8 seater outdoor table.
~ Fully equipped laundry with Miele front loading washing machine and dryer. Ironing facilities and drying racks are also provided.
~ Outside shower.
~ Fireplace (we supply one container of Ethanol for your booking. Should you wish to purchase more ‘BBQ and Fireplace’ in Noosaville sell it).
~ Complimentary Wi-Fi.
~ Sleeps a maximum of 8 guests however additional guests over 6 will incur extra charges. A sofa bed is provided.
~ Lock-up garage plus car port (2 car capacity), plus free on street parking.
~ Crisp white hotel grade linen and fluffy white towels are provided.
~ Beach towels, board games, boogie boards, kids sand buckets and spades are provided for use. There are surfboard, bike and scooter hire outlets in the area.
~ Baby equipment can be hired with advance notice.
~The apartment is professionally cleaned before and after each stay.

Our home is fully self-contained with full kitchen and laundry. Linen and bath towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents (to get you through your first night or two). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Beach towels are supplied in case you leave yours at home.

Guest access

As our guest you have full access to the home, garage, private heated plunge pool and rooftop terrace. We have a couple of locked cupboards in the apartment but there is still plenty of storage for your use.

Other things to note

Not suitable for groups of young people or schoolies – no exceptions. Maximum 6 adults. Please provide information on the guests staying with booking.

Sorry, absolutely no weddings, functions, parties or schoolies. Our accommodation is for residential purposes only. Functions are strictly not permitted and penalties apply.

****Noosa Council Noise Restrictions****
Due to strict Noosa Council noise restrictions our home is not suitable for groups of guests wishing to stay up late. Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time. Both hosts and guests will be fined if the regulations are not adhered to at all times. Please ensure the house is suitable for your requirements prior to booking.

The rooftop terrace includes a couch and table and chairs to watch the beautiful sunset or to enjoy the evening night sky with bubbles and a cheese platter. Please note that this is accessed via a staircase and the rooftop latch door MUST be closed when not in use in the event of rain or storms. It must not be left open when the property is unattended or when you have finished using the terrace. Please ensure it is closed properly each time. Whilst you are our guest this is your responsibility at all times. Children must be supervised and not left unattended at anytime.

We have a lovely private plunge pool at the house which is heated during the Winter months from 1st May – 1st November (max temperature 24 – 26 degrees). The thermal cover must be left on when the pool is not in use to maintain the temperature. Failure to cover the pool will result in much cooler water temperatures. Please remember the heated pool is not meant to feel like a bath but to take the cold off the pool.

Guest Bedding Configuration:
Our home consists of 1 x king bed, 1 x queen bed and 2 x single bunk beds. If the configuration does not suit your group the couch in the second living area can also be converted to a double sofa bed. With prior notice we can make it up for your use. Please let us know at least 72 hours prior to your arrival if you would like us to do this.

Fireplace in second living
Use of the indoor fireplace is restricted to couples during Winter only and must be requested before arrival (72 hours minimum notice required. If notice is not provided prior to check in the fireplace will not be functional during your stay). We do have reverse cycle ducted air conditioning which will keep you warm in Winter and cool in the Summer.

Heated Plunge Pool
Our trustworthy pool man Pierre attends to the pool fortnightly. If you are in house during his visit he does not need to come inside and will not bother you. During your stay you may see some leaves in the pool from our lush tropical trees. We provide a pool scoop which will enable you to remove them quickly. Please cover the pool when not in use to keep the pool at temperature.

The Noosa lifestyle has so much to offer so make sure you take full advantage of it. Surfing, stand up paddle boards, afternoon cruises to name but a few amazing activities.

The apartment is just a short stroll to patrolled Sunshine Beach, Duke Street cafes, restaurants, shops and surf club. Dine in fabulous restaurants such as Embassy XO, FOMO and award winning Sum Yung Guys before enjoying cocktails at The Marble Bar Bistro. Enjoy a day trip to Noosa foreshore before hitting Hastings Street and enjoying its twinkling lights, seafood restaurants and designer boutiques.

Noosa National Park and its beautiful coastline, private beaches and bays are only a 10-15 minute walk away along the beach front. Noosa National Park is one of Australia’s most visited parks and has five picturesque walking tracks ranging from one to eight kilometres and caters to all fitness levels.

Less then 5 minutes drive away at Noosa Junction is an eclectic mix of cafes, shops and funky restaurants and bars. Supermarket Coles, Pardon’s fruit shop and fresh seafood market are all located at Noosa Junction.

Enjoy a huge array of outdoor activities such as surfing, stand up paddling, kite surfing, sunset boat cruises, beach yoga and picturesque walking trails. There are also multiple surfboard, bike and scooter hire outlets in the area. Enjoy a relaxing morning at Ikatan Day Spa before having your hair blow waved at Adrian J Hair Dressers to make you feel a million dollars.

World-class Noosa Springs Golf Club with Spa and Noosa Aquatic Centre are situated in the local vicinity.

Spend time strolling through some of the markets such as Eumundi (Wednesday and Saturday) and Noosa Farmers Markets for fresh local produce (Sundays).

There are also numerous day trips for children including Australia Zoo, Maleny Dairies, Aussie World, The Ginger Factory, Fraser Island, and the charming villages of Maleny and Montville.

Getting around

Everything in Sunshine Beach is accessible by an easy walk. There are also very regular local buses (which are free over the Christmas, New Year and Easter periods) that travel from Sunshine Beach to Noosa, Noosa Junction, Noosaville and Peregian Beach. Many locals and visitors safely cycle or scooter to, and around Noosa. Maroochydore airport is only a 30 minute drive away and Brisbane International Airport is a 1.5 hour drive along the motorway. There are many bus companies that pick up and drop off to Brisbane and Maroochydore airports.
