The space
Our home is located in a quiet residential complex of 8 townhouses in picturesque Peregian Beach. We are directly across the street from beach access and only a short easy 10 minute walk to the village where you can find a host of amenities.
The free standing townhouse overlooks the quiet pool area (shared) and is laid out over three spacious levels. The main living area comprises of new kitchen with all mod cons, open plan living area and balcony. Stunning blue ocean views can be seen from this level. Enjoy cooling ocean breezes and the windows and sliding door are fly screened. There is a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV in the living area and unlimited Wifi. The master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite is located on the top level of the townhouse where you can see the blue ocean from bed in the morning. The windows are fly screened and there is air conditioning in the bedroom. There is also a smart TV in the bedroom.
The lower level comprises of second bedroom with a double bed (and air conditioning), third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and main bathroom and laundry facilities. The single garage is also for your use with parking just outside the front door.
Guest access
As our guest you will have access to the entire townhouse, garage and shared pool area.
Other things to note
****EXCESSIVE NOISE AND NO PARTY POLICY****
Due to the bed configuration the house is suitable for MAXIMUM 6 ADULTS. Noosa Council have imposed very strict regulations on all holiday accommodation in the Noosa Shire. The most important is noise restrictions and this must be kept to a minimum, especially after the hours of 10pm at night. Unfortunately we must abide by these regulations or fines will be processed to both hosts and guests and we would be banned from holiday renting. Please ensure the house is suitable for your requirements prior to booking.
Not suitable for groups of young people or schoolies – no exceptions.
The third bedroom comprises of two sets of bunk beds. When booking please ensure you select the right amount of guests that will be staying. Please advise which beds you require to be made upon booking. Extra guests will be charged for linen laundering.
Air conditioning – There is air conditioning in the master and second bedroom.
For your stay we provide:
A Nespresso compatible coffee machine for your use.
Hair dryer.
Starter basic condiments.
All linen and towels, including beach towels, for the amount of guests staying.
Bathroom products (hand and body wash)
The bin enclosure is located at the front of the complex behind a wall on the right hand side of the buildings.
If you require additional linen, towels, or cleaning services during your stay, please contact us before you check in, and these can be provided at an extra cost.
For bookings for 10 days or more we can organise a mid stay clean and linen change. Please let us know prior to your arrival (please note this will be at a cost to the you as the guest).
Peregian Beach is a thriving area and there is always building and renovations work being carried out. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any noise from neighbouring properties caused by building or renovation work. No refund or reduction in tariff will be offered for noise from building or renovation work on neighbouring properties.

Our home is located in stunning Peregian Beach. Access to the beach is directly across the road. Walk 800m along the beach to the beautiful Peregian Beach Village for your morning coffee. You will find gourmet cafes, eclectic boutiques and child friendly restaurants including Pitchfork and Periwinkle who both have a park beside them. Miles or pristine beach straight down to Noosa Heads.
Good public transport and close to Noosa, Coolum, Eumundi and everything the area has to offer.
Getting around
You can walk to the beach and village from the house and there is also a local bus service which you can catch from the main road which will bring you to Noosa Heads or Coolum. There is a bike track along the David Low Way and scooter hire in Noosa. Uber is very popular in the area and there is a local taxi service in Noosa. There are some bikes and scooters in the garage for your use.
