The space

This interior styled spacious apartment is the perfect beach retreat for both couples and families with older children. The apartment has its own private courtyard and front door entrance. The lush tropical courtyard has a comfortable sun lounger which is the perfect retreat for your early morning coffee in paradise. When you walk through to the ground level you will find a gorgeous bathroom and bedroom with a luxurious king bed (can be split into 2 singles with prior notice). You can access the courtyard directly from the bedroom and peel yourself from bed straight to the sun lounger. There is A/C and a fan in this bedroom.

One set of stairs leads you to the sun drenched open plan living, dining and kitchen area. As soon as you enter the first level you will see that glistening Pacific ocean and enjoy those cooling ocean breezes. The first level comprises of the modern kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm, comfortable lounge with Apple TV, master bedroom with A/C and fan, study nook and beautiful bench seat. The spacious balcony with alfresco dining flows from the living room. There is a Weber BBQ as well as another sun lounger perfect for enjoying those summer afternoon cocktails. The master bedroom also has stunning ocean views and there is access from the master onto the balcony.

There is a study nook should you have to work on holidays as well as a build in bench seat perfect for lazy afternoons reading a book or having a salty snooze. There are full laundry facilities also on the first level.

A set of spiral stairs lead you up to your own private roof top terrace complete with sun bar and sun loungers. The terrace enjoys white water and sand views and those breezes will cool you down even on the hottest summers day. You can spend hours up on the terrace chilling, sleeping and chatting. Simply it is the best place to enjoy your special Noosa holiday.

The apartment is one of only 4 in the complex with a shared pool. You can walk to the patrolled beach within one minute. There is a single car secure garage for your use as well as visitor and on street parking for additional cars.

Due to the layout of the apartment and the roof top terrace this property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
There are 2 x king beds at the property. With 72 hours prior notice the second bedroom on the ground level can be split into 2 singles. There is an extra cleaning charge of $60 for this to be seperated.

Host Angel Noosa also manage U4 which sleeps up to 8 guests.

We are located on the corner of Webb Road and Crank Street. We are literally directly beside the patrolled beach, stunning fully renovated Surf Club and fabulous Sunshine Village. World famous Hastings Street and main beach are a quick 5 minute drive away. Noosa River is only a 7 minute drive away where you can find a huge selection of water sports including BBQ boats, SUP and jet ski hire and sunset cruises. We are a picturesque 35 minute drive from the Sunshine Coast airport, or a 1.5 hour drive from Brisbane airport. Choose from a huge selection of alfresco restaurants in Noosa that will awaken your tastebuds.

Getting Around

From this stunning property you can walk to the beach, village and corner store. Should you need to go further afield you can hop in a car and be on Hastings Street in five minutes. Locals favourite Noosa Junction is a 3 minute drive away. There is a cinema and an abundance in casual yet funky restaurants in the junction.
