Luxury holiday home located in the sought after Robert Street, Noosaville location. Just a stones throw away from glistening Noosa River, playgrounds, picnic benches, water sports, cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques. Simply the best location in Noosa! The fully renovated home is one of only 4 in the quiet leafy complex. As soon as you walk into the property you are greeted with a sense of pure calm and luxury. The opening plan kitchen with high end finishes has everything you need for the perfect holiday including Nespresso compatible coffee machine. The dining area is tucked away in a cosy corner with lots of plush cushions for extra comfort. The living room with flat screen TV and deep couch is ready for you to enjoy relaxing afternoons watching Netflix or playing board games. The lower level of the home flows out to a gorgeous private courtyard with egg chair, shady umbrella and outdoor alfresco dining. The sliding doors can be fully opened to enjoy those cooling river breezes throughout. Should you need to work from holidays you can do so comfortably via the study nook. A set of stairs lead up to the first level where you will find the master and second bedroom, bathroom and laundry facilities.

The upstairs is just as impressive as the lower level with the most amazing master bedroom you have ever seen. Luxury king bed with hotel grade linens, built in day bed and beyond stunning ensuite complete this room. There is plenty of storage as well as reverse cycle A/C and remote controlled fan.

The second bedroom is cosy with a luxe double bed, A/C and fan. The main bathroom has been designed with full relaxation in mind with a huge free standing bath to soak in after a long hard day at the beach. Refresh yourself under the waterfall shower with organic Lief bathroom products we supply for you.

The laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are tucked away neatly in the bathroom should you need to use them during your stay.

Other things to note

Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions
Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team.

These laws also include lights being left on at night, excessive car parking (or parking on front of neighbours properties) and use of other residents’ bins. Please ensure that you are aware of these laws as they have been agreed to in our terms and conditions.

We are located on Robert Street in Noosaville. Robert Street is directly off the Main Street called Gympie Terrace. Whilst you are a 30 second walk to all amenities you will find this home quiet and peaceful. Gympie Terrace is on Noosa River where you can find picnic tables, childrens playgrounds and water sports hire including BBQ boats, jet skis and fishing equipment. The water at the river is calm and perfect to swim in, or sit on the sand and enjoy the view. Follow up your day in one of the many delicious restaurants or shop until you drop in the coastal boutiques along the strip.

Getting Around

You can walk to Gympie Terrace in 30 seconds where you will find shops, cafes, bars, river, sand, grassy areas etc. World famous Hastings Street is a 5 minute drive away. There is a Woolworths store within a 7 min walk for a large shop and a corner store on Gympie Terrace for smaller purchases. Bonza is now flying into the Sunshine Coast airport which is a 30 min drive away from Noosa. Brisbane is a 1.5 hour drive away. You can hire bikes and scooters or simply walk or uber to any destination in Noosa. If you decide to hire a car, or bring your own there is a single undercover car port at the front of the complex.
