We will set up a listing on our website, as well as via Airbnb and other booking websites. You will be able to log into your own account in the back end of our website to check bookings and your statements. Payments will be dispersed to owners at month end.
The secret to the success of your new listing is ensuring your pricing is set correctly. By continuously monitoring your pricing during all seasons and local events we will optimise your returns and occupancy rates. We deal with all booking enquiries, pre check-in information, guest reviews and pricing updates.
As all bookings are made online, the first impression of your home is through photographs. Having clear, bright professional photographs will significantly increase your booking potential. We will arrange our photographer, Emma Bourne, and attend the shoot to ensure your home is styled and looking its very best.
When a guest arrives we can meet them at the property to help familiarise them with all the important features of your home or leave the keys in a lock box for them to access when they arrive (we find some guests like to take their time and not have to meet someone at a property at a certain time).
We are on hand to help guests book restaurants, arrange trips and give them advice on local activities. We will provide a customised guest compendium which has instructions on your home and information on the local area.
We will engage with the professional cleaners ensuring the highest standard of cleaning is achieved. Depending on your preference and budget, we will liase with either the linen hire company or the launderette of your choice.
Before each guest checks in we personally inspect the property to make sure it is looking its very best.
