The space

Luxuriously renovated 3 bedroom townhouse located in the beautiful Noosa suburb of Sunrise Beach. The spacious home is laid out over two levels so plenty of space for the whole family including your special fur baby. The downstairs comprises of open plan living with Coastal furnishings and fixtures. The brand new renovated kitchen has all mod cons including Nespresso compatiable pod machine. The ground level flows out onto a private fully fenced courtyard with gate access from the rear. There is also a powder room and laundry facilities on this level. The first level comprises of the 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has A/C and a fan as well as a study nook should you need to work whilst on your holidays. Enjoy cooling ocean breezes from the master balcony with garden and pool views. The second and third bedrooms both have ceiling fans. The complex has a shared pool and spa (heated in Winter only) as well as a private garage. Walk to the pristine beach and gourmet cafe (Chalet and Co) in moments. Noosa Heads is an easy 5 minute drive away where you will find world famous Hastings Street and Main Beach. Locals favourite Noosa Junction is a 3 minute drive away where you will find a fantastic selection of bars, restaurants and cafes.
