Our fabulous Sunshine Beach townhouse flows over two spacious levels. Your private entrance is at the front of the townhouse and there is a single car garage with internal access directly into our home. There is an additional parking space on the left hand side of the garden. The ground level comprises of two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, main bathroom with a low bath (perfect for children), laundry with washing machine / dryer in one and a walled courtyard to the front and a fully enclosed rear garden surrounded by lush tropical trees. A set of stairs leads up to the open plan living, kitchen and master bedroom. The kitchen has all mod cons including Nespresso compatible coffee machine. The lounge area cosy couch and large smart TV with Netflix and the lounge flows out to a beautiful balcony with Weber BBQ, bench and looking out to lush trees. There is also an air conditioner upstairs and fans throughout. The top level enjoys cooling breezes and is fly screened throughout.

CANCELLATION POLICY
STRICT: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Any cancellation requests must be made in writing via Airbnb. Provided that a notice of cancellation is given up to 30 days from arrival, at our the discretion an offer may be made to transfer the booking to another date within a 12 month period.

If a booking is affected due to a lockdown, travel restriction or health directive, the owner may allow a guest to move their booking dates within a 12 month period.  We recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

As our guest you have access to the entire townhouse and garden apart from one locked storeroom for our personal items.

Not suitable for groups of young people or schoolies – no exceptions.

Noosa Council Noise Restrictions
Due to strict Noosa Council noise restrictions our home is not suitable for young groups wishing to stay up late. Both hosts and guests will be fined if the regulations are not adhered to at all times.

Air Conditioning – please note there is one air conditioner in the lounge area. The bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Pet friendly – please note we do charge a $55 per pet per stay fee. Please let us know if you are bringing your pooch upon booking and we will add the pet fee on. Please ensure the dog does not bark and disturb our neighbours. Please do not leave your dog unattended if he/she is a barker if left alone.

The house is suitable for maximum two dog per booking under 15 kilos. If you have more than two dogs please contact us to confirm suitability. Please ensure you pick up after your dog in the garden prior to departure and please ensure you provide their own bedding and accessories.

Baby equipment:
We provide 1 x porta cot (please remember to bring your own linen) and 1 x high chair. Should you require stair gates please let us know and we can obtain a quote for you.

We are located an easy 3 minute walk to beautiful Sunshine Beach and a 5 minute walk to the village where you will find a host of amenities including gourmet cafes (which are dog friendly), try Fomo or Costa Noosa and enjoy an early morning coffee with your pooch, award winning restaurants (don’t miss Sum Yung Guys and ensure you book well in advance), corner store and newly renovated Surf Club. North Sunshine Beach is an off lease dog friendly part of the beach and you can drive to Surf Street and park in the car park in 3 minutes. Noosaville is also very pet friendly so you can bring your doggie for a walk along the calm river and enjoy a coffee or cocktail in one of the dog friendly restaurants along Gympie Terrace. Noosaville is only a 7 minute drive away. World famous Hastings Street is only a minute drive away.
