Fabulous spacious one level beach home located in a picturesque suburb of Noosa, Sunshine Beach. This brand new home has all the amenities you need for a fantastic Noosa holiday experience.

When you walk through the front door you are greeted by an expansive hallway which will lead you to the beautiful open plan living area. You will also find a gourmet kitchen with all mod cons and a dining and living space which flows onto an undercover deck and pool area. The kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances, stone benchtops, and a large island bench with bar seating.

The dining area is just off the kitchen and enjoys views of the blue pool and private lush tropical garden. To the rear of the home there is an undercover alfresco dining area and resort pool.

All on one level you will find the 4 spacious bedrooms, main bathroom with amazing deep bath, and laundry. The master suite is located at the front of the house with views over the beautiful green garden. The master also has a spacious ensuite with a waterfall shower and his/her sinks.The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are beside each other in the hallway and have queen beds, ducted air conditioning and fans. The 4th bedroom has a double bed and is close to the main bathroom for easy access. Should you have to wash clothes on holidays there is a large laundry with washer / dryer facilites.

Other things to note

The garage is not for guest use and is locked. There is a secure gated driveway for your use as well as additional complimentary on street parking.

Whilst we don’t supply baby equipment you can hire anything you need from Sands Holiday Hire and we can arrange for the items to be delivered prior to your arrival.

Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions
Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team.

Noosa Council has recommended the use of outdoor areas be limited to reasonable hours to not impact on adjoining resident’s sleep and enjoyment of their homes. Limiting the hours of use of outdoor areas such as decks and balconies to generally no later than 9pm, particularly on weekdays, is advisable. Guests should then move inside and turn off outside music and outdoor lights.

There are so many things to enjoy whilst staying in Noosa.

Surfing, Stand Up Paddle Boards, afternoon & sunset cruises to name but a few amazing activities.

Our home is a short picturesque stroll to gorgeous patrolled Sunshine Beach, North Sunshine Beach, Duke Street cafes, restaurants, shops and child friendly Surf Club. Dine in fabulous restaurants such as Sum Yung Guys & XO and lovely cocktails at The Marble Bar.

Hastings Street cafes, restaurants and boutiques are only a 5 min drive or 15 min bike ride away. You can walk through Noosa National Park and arrive to Hastings Street in 25 minutes, perfect for some afternoon exercises before enjoying a glass of well deserved wine at Miss Moneypenny’s or Bistro C.

Noosa National Park is one of Australia’s most visited parks and has five picturesque walking tracks ranging from one to eight kilometres and caters to all fitness levels.

Just less then 5 mins drive away at Noosa Junction is a eclectic mix of cafes, shops and restaurants. It is also the location of a large Coles which has an excellent array of groceries, Pardon’s fruit shop and fresh seafood at Noosa Junction Seafood Markets. There is also ‘Organica’ which is a large supermarket in Noosaville which stocks everything from organic wine to kids organic health lollies!

Multiple surfboard, bike and scooter hire outlets are within close proximity. World class Noosa Springs Golf Club and Noosa Aquatic Centre (with kids heated pool) are situated in the local vicinity (2 minute drive).

There are a variety of mid-week and weekend markets to enjoy such as Eumundi and Noosa Farmers Markets.

There are a multiple of day trips are available including Australia Zoo, Aussie World, The Ginger Factory, Fraser Island, and the quaint hinterland villages of Maleny, Montville and Eumundi.

If you wish, we are very happy to organise a gourmet picnic for you from ‘Noosa Picnics’ or organise a delicious hamper to be delivered for you from ‘Love Noosa.

Getting around

Everything in Sunshine Beach is accessible by any easy walk. There are also regular local buses (which are free over the weekend, Christmas, NY and Easter periods) that travel between Sunshine Beach and Hastings Street, Noosa Junction, Noosaville and Peregian Beach. Maroochydore airport is only a 30 min drive away and there are many bus companies that pick up from your door, and drop off to Brisbane (1.5 hours away) and Maroochydore airports. Uber is very popular in the area and there is a local Taxi service which are very reliable.
