We have the perfect teenagers retreat with Snooker/table tennis and Smart TV. Unlimited wifi included. Five minute drive to Hastings St.

The space

We cannot wait to share our fabulous Sunshine Beach home with you. The one level house is perfect for a family or even two sharing together. The house flows from open plan living and dining out to an undercover outdoor area with views over the sparkling new pool. The fully fenced garden is perfect for little ones to toddle around in safety. The parents retreat with ensuite looks over the pool with three further large bedrooms close by. The main bathroom has a bath and seperate shower. We have turned the garage into a teenagers haven (or man cave) with a comfortable couch, beer fridge, Smart TV and Snooker table that changes to table tennis and poker table! The open plan kitchen comes complete with all mod cons and brand new oven. We are located only a short flat 5 minute walk to vibrant Sunshine Beach village and pristine patrolled beach. You can find a host of amenities in the Village including Sum Yung Guys (top 50 restaurants in Australia), gourmet coffee shops, corner store and child friendly Surf Club.

The house is not suitable for schoolies or large groups of young people.
Suitable for maximum 6 adults per booking due to the cancellation policy.

Other things to note

Strictly no noise after 10pm. If you would like to stay up late and party this house is not suitable for your requirements. Our residential neighbours are close by and will complain to Noosa Council if disturbed.

Due to the bed configuration the house is suitable for MAXIMUM 6 ADULTS. Noosa Council have imposed very strict regulations on all holiday accommodation in the Noosa Shire. The most important is noise restrictions and this must be kept to a minimum, especially after the hours of 10pm at night. Unfortunately we must abide by these regulations or fines will be processed to both hosts and guests and we would be banned from holiday renting. Please ensure the house is suitable for your requirements prior to booking.

Not suitable for groups of young people or schoolies – no exceptions.

****With regards to parking it is important that we work with the local residents. We have an understanding with our neighbour in No 37 that he can park outside our house (he has a bus stop in front of his). You can park one car in front of the garage and another behind that in the driveway ( ensuring the footpath is clear ) Any further cars should be parked in the street leaving the space free directly in front of our house. Thank you for your understanding regarding this matter****

Bin Day is Friday. Please do not park on front of the bins on Fridays as they will not able to collect them.

For your stay we provide a starter pack of basic condiments. Linens and towels including beach towels are provided for the amount of guests staying.

If you require additional linen, towels, or cleaning services during your stay, please contact us before you check in, and these can be provided at an extra cost.

Noosa and Sunshine Beach are growing thriving areas and building works and renovations are common. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any noise from neighbouring properties caused by building or renovation work. No refund or reduction of tariff will be offered for noise from building or renovation work on neighbouring properties. We cannot be held accountable for any disturbance or inconvenience caused.

For bookings for 10 days or more we can organise a mid stay clean and linen change. Please let us know prior to your arrival (please note this will be at a cost to the you as the guest).

We also supply Egyptian bed linen and fluffy white cotton towels, and beach towels. Indulge yourself with organic Saya bathroom products. We will also supply a porta cot, high chair and some children’s book’s and toys, and some inflatable pool toys.

Please note the garage has been converted into a teenagers rumpus room. The fully fenced garden will ensure safety for a young family.

One of the power points on the LHS of the oven does not work.

We also own an Airbnb ‘Coastal Chic’ which is a 3 bedroom townhouse also in Sunshine Beach.

Once you have booked via Airbnb your payment information is private between you as the guest and Airbnb. We are unable to advise you when your balance is due or change your payment information. Your details and payment information will be available to you in your confirmed booking itinerary or you will need to contact Airbnb directly.

There are so many things to enjoy whilst staying in Noosa.

Surfing, Stand Up Paddle Boards, afternoon & sunset cruises to name but a few amazing activities.

Our home is a short picturesque stroll to gorgeous patrolled Sunshine Beach, North Sunshine Beach, Duke Street cafes, restaurants, shops and child friendly Surf Club. Dine in fabulous restaurants such as Sum Yung Guys & XO and lovely cocktails at The Marble Bar.

Hastings Street cafes, restaurants and boutiques are only a 5 min drive or 15 min bike ride away. You can walk through Noosa National Park and arrive to Hastings Street in 25 minutes, perfect for some afternoon exercises before enjoying a glass of well deserved wine at Miss Moneypenny’s or Bistro C.

Noosa National Park is one of Australia’s most visited parks and has five picturesque walking tracks ranging from one to eight kilometres and caters to all fitness levels.

Just less then 5 mins drive away at Noosa Junction is a eclectic mix of cafes, shops and restaurants. It is also the location of a large Coles which has an excellent array of groceries, Pardon’s fruit shop and fresh seafood at Noosa Junction Seafood Markets. There is also ‘Organica’ which is a large supermarket in Noosaville which stocks everything from organic wine to kids organic health lollies!

Multiple surfboard, bike and scooter hire outlets are within close proximity. World class Noosa Springs Golf Club and Noosa Aquatic Centre (with kids heated pool) are situated in the local vicinity (2 minute drive).

There are a variety of mid-week and weekend markets to enjoy such as Eumundi and Noosa Farmers Markets.

There are a multiple of day trips are available including Australia Zoo, Aussie World, The Ginger Factory, Fraser Island, and the quaint hinterland villages of Maleny, Montville and Eumundi.

If you wish, we are very happy to organise a gourmet picnic for you from ‘Noosa Picnics’ or organise a delicious hamper to be delivered for you from ‘Lettuce Love You’.

Getting around

Everything in Sunshine Beach is accessible by any easy walk. There are also regular local buses (which are free over the Christmas, NY and Easter periods) that travel between Sunshine Beach and Hastings Street, Noosa Junction, Noosaville and Peregian Beach. Maroochydore airport is only a 30 min drive away and there are many bus companies that pick up from your door, and drop off to Brisbane (1.5 hours away) and Maroochydore airports. Uber is very popular in the area and there is a local Taxi service which are very reliable.
