The space

The very comfortable end terrace Villa is located in a quiet resort in beautiful Noosa. The front of the villa has views of the resort swimming pool (heated in Winter). Open the front door and walk into the lovely open plan living, modern kitchen and dining area. Complete with Smart TV, recliner chairs and new furniture (not shown in pictures). The modern kitchen has all mod cons including Nespresso compatible coffee machine (compatible with Aldi coffee pods). Reverse cycle air conditioning and fan is also on this level. The rear of the Villa flows onto a private courtyard with outdoor dining seating.

The first level comprises of two good size bedrooms and modern bathroom with bath. Each bedroom has reverse cycle air con and fans.

We are just 200 meters to riverfront parkland, 2 km to Hastings Street or Noosa Beach, and 1 km to Gympie Terrace’s riverside shops and restaurants, you have easy access to Noosa’s most famous landmarks and lifestyle locations.

New furniture – we have purchased some new furniture which is not shown in the photos. New photos will be taken in the New Year.

Second bedroom – the bed configuration is listed as 2 x singles but the beds can be put together as a king. Please give us 72 hours notice if you want the bed configuration different than 2 singles.

Noosa Council Requirements
As per the new code of conduct Noosa Council have passed from the 1st of February we require the below for every guest over 18 years that will be staying / visiting the property:
First and last names of all guests staying in the property
Ages of adults and children
Mobile number of each adult staying

Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions
Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team.

These laws also include lights being left on at night, excessive car parking (or parking on front of neighbours properties) and use of other residents’ bins. Please ensure that you are aware of these laws as they have been agreed to in our terms and conditions.

We are located in picturesque Munna Crescent in Noosa. The complex is quiet and private. We are directly between Hastings Street and Noosaville, two of the most beautiful places in Queensland. You can walk to Quamby Place in 10 minutes from the Villa. There you will find a corner store, bottle shop and two gorgeous restaurants where the locals love to dine: Rickys and Rocksalt. There is also a park with river access 200m away. You can drive to Hastings Street in 4 minutes, or walk in 20 directly along Noosa Parade. Gympie Terrace in Nooaville is a 20 min walk in the other directly (or 3 min drive) where you can find restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques, as well as picnic benches and shared BBQ facilities. You can also hire a boat, jet skis or additional SUP’s from the many companies along Gympie Tce.

Getting Around

You can walk, cycle or scoot around the area easily. If you do not want to bring your car, Uber is very popular and cheap in the area. There is also a local taxi company and there is a rank at the end of Hastings Street.
