The space

Our home has been recently fully renovated and styled by a local interior designer. The one level house consists of open plan kitchen and living area overlooking brand new large and fully fenced garden. Master bedroom with huge ensuite also looks out onto the pool. Double garage and very short walk to the beach ensure you have the perfect Noosa holiday.

The bed configuration in the third bedroom consists of: bunk bed with double on bottom, single on top. Sleeps 2 guests. 

Our lovely beach style house is laid out over one spacious level, perfect for young children or older guests. The house has been recently renovated with modern kitchen, bathroom and ensuite as well as a brand new swimming pool. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area open out onto a large wooden deck to the rear of the house. Perfect for a family or couples wanting a relaxing holiday near the beach. The master bedroom faces out onto the pool area and benefits from a large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom (bunk bed with double on bottom, single on top and single trundle bed underneath) has dual access to the family bathroom with huge free standing tub which is perfect to unwind after a long day at the beach. Luxury bed linen and hotel grade white fluffy towels ensure you have a good nights sleep. Local organic plant based Saya bathroom products are supplied. The deck with BBQ is perfect for alfresco evening dining whilst watching the kids enjoy the large crystal blue pool. You can see the children from the living area and know they are safe in the garden and having a great time.

The living room and three bedrooms all have air conditioning.

****ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY OR EXCESSIVE NOISE POLICY****

Due to the bed configuration the house is suitable for MAXIMUM 6 ADULTS. Noosa Council have imposed very strict regulations on all holiday accommodation in the Noosa Shire. The most important is noise restrictions and this must be kept to a minimum, especially after the hours of 10pm at night. Unfortunately we must abide by these regulations or fines will be processed to both hosts and guests and we would be banned from holiday renting. Please ensure the house is suitable for your requirements prior to booking.

Not suitable for groups of young people or schoolies – no exceptions.

MAXIMUM 6 adults due to the bedding configuration.

Small Pets on Application – if you would like to bring your fur baby please let us know. The house is only suitable for one small dog (under 10 kilos). An extra $50 pet cleaning fee will apply.

Noosa Council – No Party Policy and Noise Restrictions
Noosa Council has imposed a no party policy along with strict noise restrictions in the Noosa shire. Please ensure you keep noise to a minimum especially after 9pm at night. The Council are now fining guests if the policy is not adhered to.

For bookings for 10 days or more we can organise a mid stay clean and linen change. Please let us know prior to your arrival (please note this will be at a cost to the you as the guest).

Outdoor Sun Umbrella – Please ensure the umbrella is down when not in use.

Pool & Gardens – our garden is maintained by Steve from Gumtree and our pool is maintained by Poolwerx Noosa. They attend to them on a bi-weekly service and do not need to enter the house.

Noosa is built on a sand dune and we are surrounded by National Park. Due to our beautiful warm climate we do have to share our Noosa home with ants and insects. It is very hard to eradicate them completely but you can take steps to ensure they are kept to a minimum. Please do not leave food and sugary items out at any time. Ants do tend to come inside more when the weather is very dry or if heavy rain is coming.

Please only use the pool between the hours of 6am and 9pm. Please respect our neighbours right to peaceful enjoyment and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. There is a pool scoop for leaves located to the side of the house in the rear garden.

Swimming Pool – the pool is not heated. As we have all year round gorgeous weather the majority of swimming pools in Queensland are not heated. The National Aquatic Centre is a 5 minute drive away where you can find an undercover heated childrens swimming pool, cafe and outdoor 25m and 50m swimming pools.

(Average winter temps are between 20 – 25 degrees during the day).

Once you have booked via Airbnb your payment information is private between you as the guest and Airbnb. We are unable to advise you when your balance is due or change your payment information. Your details and payment information will be available to you in your confirmed booking itinerary or you will need to contact Airbnb directly.

The property is located in a very quiet residential area of Noosa. It is only a 5 minute drive from Hastings Street and the main beach, while only a few minutes’ walk from the gorgeous Castaways Beach.

Getting around

The house is located only a few minutes walk away from miles of fabulous Queensland coastline and swimmable beach. We are conveniently located a short 5 minute drive from Peregian Beach and Sunshine Beach Villages where you can find a host of amenities. Noosa Heads is a 7 minute picturesque car journey away. Brisbane Airport is a 1.5 hour drive away and Sunshine Coast airport is only 30 minutes away.

You can easily drive anywhere in the area. We are lucky to not have to worry about traffic jams in our quiet serene area.
