Our home is located in the exclusive Little Cove area of Noosa Heads and only a short walk to world famous Hastings Street, main beach (patrolled all year round) and a host of amenities including gourmet cafes and award winning beachfront restaurants. Our home is laid out over three spacious levels so plenty of room for multiple families. We supply unlimited wifi, flat screen TV’s, private fully fenced pool, ping pong and pool table.

The space

The stunning house flows over three spacious levels with luxury finishes and furnishings throughout. The mid level of the house (entry level) comprises of open plan games room with pool and ping pong tables. Sliding doors lead out to an undercover deck with luxe egg chair, comfortable couch and private pool. The front of the house is fully fenced so safe for young children to play. Three bedrooms are on this level. The plush master bedroom retreat has a flat screen TV, deluxe king bed, private undercover balcony with rainforest outlook, ensuite with double shower and walk in robe. The second and third bedrooms have air conditioning and fans are on the mid level along with the main bathroom with shower over bath. The top level of the house is dedicated to a beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and living area. High ceilings, huge sliding doors and shutter windows ensure that light breezes keeps the house cool in summer. There is a deck off the living area with a huge alfresco dining table for all the family to eat around. Cook delicious steaks on the Beefeater BBQ to finish a perfect day at the beach. There is another undercover deck off the living area with an outdoor lounge setting and tropical rainforest views for privacy.

The lower level of the house is perfect as a teenagers retreat with another bedroom (two single beds and two trundle beds), second living area with TV, bean bags and wrap around couch (that can fold out to a double sofa bed). There is also a bathroom with shower and laundry facilities on this level. The garage is located to the rear of the house with access via the rear door.

Guest access

As our guest you will have access to the entire house, pool area and garage space (we park our other car in one garage space).

Other things to note

Not suitable for groups of young people or schoolies – no exceptions.

Due to the bed configuration the house is suitable for MAXIMUM 8 ADULTS IN TOTAL. Strict Noosa Council bi-laws are now in place and must be adhered to. The house is not suitable for any type of event and noise restrictions apply to all holiday accommodation in the Noosa Shire. Please ensure that noise is kept to a minimum at all times, especially after the hours of 9pm. Guests are hosts are now being fined if complaints are made.

Bedroom 4 – please note bedroom 4 is located on the lower level. There are two single beds and two trundle beds in this room. Please let us know at least 72 hours prior to your arrival if you wish for the trundle beds to be made up. The single beds are only suitable for children under the age of 12.

The double sofa bed is also on the lower level in the teenagers retreat (beside the 4th bedroom). Please also ensure you give us 72 hours prior notice should you wish for this to be made up.

Pool clean – Pierre our pool technician attends to the pool each week. As the pool is surrounded by tropical trees which shed leaves we also provide a pool scoop for your use in between the services should leaves fall into the pool.

For your stay we provide a starter pack of basic condiments. Linens and towels including beach towels are provided for the amount of guests staying.

If you require additional linen, towels, or cleaning services during your stay, please contact us before you check in, and these can be provided at an extra cost.

Noosa Council – No Party Policy and Noise Restrictions
Noosa Council has imposed a no party policy along with strict noise restrictions in the Noosa shire. Please ensure you keep noise to a minimum especially after 9pm at night. The Council are now fining guests if the policy is not adhered to.

Noosa is built on a sand dune and we are surrounded by National Park. Due to our beautiful warm climate we do have to share our Noosa home with ants and insects. It is very hard to eradicate them completely but you can take steps to ensure they are kept to a minimum. Please do not leave food and sugary items out at any time. Ants do tend to come inside more when the weather is very dry or if heavy rain is coming.

The bins are located to the rear of the house beside the garage. The yellow top bin is for recycle (is collected fortnightly), red top bin is for general waste (collected weekly on a Thursday) and green top is for garden waste.

For bookings for 10 days or more we can organise a mid stay clean and linen change. Please let us know prior to your arrival (please note this will be at a cost to the you as the guest).

Once you have booked via Airbnb your payment information is private between you as the guest and Airbnb. We are unable to advise you when your balance is due or change your payment information. Your details and payment information will be available to you in your confirmed booking itinerary or you will need to contact Airbnb directly.

Uber Eats is now available in the area should you wish to stay in and not cook!

Our home is a short 13 minute picturesque walk to gorgeous all year round patrolled main beach on Hastings Street. Enjoy beachfront seafood restaurants, gourmet coffee shops, boutiques and funky bars.

You can walk through Noosa National Park to Sunshine Beach whilst watching whales and dolphins frolicking in the blue ocean. Noosa National Park is one of Australia’s most visited parks and has five picturesque walking tracks ranging from one to eight kilometres and caters to all fitness levels.

If you are a surfer you can walk to Tea Tree Bay which is one of Australia’s most famous surf spots. You will see turtles and dolphins swimming beside you!

Just less then 5 mins drive away at Noosa Junction is a eclectic mix of cafes, shops and casual restaurants. Choose from Ze Pickle (gourmet burgers), Paradise Arcade (Mexican), and Sushi Yah Man (amazing sushi and Japanese food). It is also the location of a large Coles which has an excellent array of groceries, Pardon’s fruit shop and fresh seafood at Noosa Junction Seafood Markets. There is also ‘Organica’ which is a large supermarket in Noosaville which stocks everything from organic wine to kids organic health lollies!

Multiple surfboard, bike and scooter hire outlets are within close proximity. World class Noosa Springs Golf Club and Noosa Aquatic Centre (with kids heated pool) are situated in the local vicinity. There is a variety of beautiful spa’s in the area for full relaxation.

There are a variety of mid-week and weekend markets to enjoy such as Eumundi and Noosa Farmers Markets.

There are a multiple of day trips are available including Australia Zoo, Aussie World, The Ginger Factory, Fraser Island, and the quaint hinterland villages of Maleny, Montville and Eumundi.

Getting around

You can walk down to Hastings Street in 13 minutes via stairwells from Little Cove and along the wooden boardwalk. There are also regular local buses (which are free over the Christmas, NY and Easter periods) that travel from Hastings Street, Noosa Junction, Noosaville and Peregian Beach. Maroochydore airport is only a 30 min drive away and there are many bus companies that pick up from your door, and drop off to Brisbane (1.5 hours away) and Maroochydore airports. Uber is very popular in the area and there is a local Taxi service which are very reliable.
