The space

Spacious two bedroom Villa located in perfect Noosa Heads. The Villa has its own front door entrance with street parking. The rear courtyard is fully fenced so it is suitable for your fur baby. On the ground level you will find the two spacious bedrooms, master with ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms and the living area are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. The laundry room is also on this level. There is a courtyard with private pool for your use. Upstairs comprises of open plan living with dual balconies for cooling breezes. Both balconies are private with views of lush tropical trees and the rear balcony is perfect for alfresco dining whilst watching the children swim below in the pool. The modern kitchen is also on the first level.

SECOND BEDROOM BED CONFIGURATION
There are two single beds in the second bedroom. If you wish for these to be made up as 1 x king please let us know 72 hours prior to your arrival.

PET FEE
We are a pet friendly home (maximum 2 pets per reservation). Please ensure you comply with the pet rules (under house rules). The pet fee is $50 per pet per stay which will be added onto your reservation once confirmed.

POOLS AND GARDEN
Our pools and garden are maintained each fortnight. Ryan may visit during your stay with us. Our neighbour will do a tidy up in the garden each fortnight.

PARKING
The owner uses the garage for storage so it is not accessible for guests use. There is a communal space outside with additional free on street parking.

Please note as we are a 5 minute walk away from amazing cafes, therefore we do not provide a coffee machine. We do have a coffee plunger. Otherwise enjoy your morning coffee in one of the many fabulous cafes nearby 🙂

Centrally located on Noosa Hill, enjoying sea breezes, water glimpses and amazing sunsets. Peaceful location tucked away from the crowds but just minutes to all that Noosa is famous for.

Nosa National Park is at the end of the street and you can walk to Hastings Street in 10 minutes. There’s a track two streets down – Atunga Heights, at end of that road there’s a set of lovely rainforest sealed stairs. Or walk up to the Peppers resort and down to French Quarter in 10 minutes.

Main Beach (off Hastings Street) is calm and is patrolled all year round.

Local’s favourite Noosa Junction is a 5 minute walk away where you will find fabulous restaurants, cafes, movies and boutiques.

On Sunday morning, take a stroll to the legendary Noosa Farmer’s Markets for the freshest local produce.

Getting around

Everything in Noosa is accessible by any easy walk. We are located only a 5 minute walk from both Hastings Street and locals favourite Noosa Junction. Noosa River is a 7 minute drive away and you can walk along Gympie Terrace and then hire jet skis, surf boards or SUP’s for fun water sports. Many locals and visitors safely cycle or scooter to, and around Noosa. Maroochydore airport is only a 30min drive away and there are many bus companies that pick up and drop off to Brisbane and Maroocydore airports. Brisbane airport is a 1.5 hour drive away. Uber is very popular in the area and there is a local Noosa taxi service.
