The space

Beautiful 3 level villa located in the picturesque area of Little Cove. Only a 10 minute walk (down the wooden stairs) to main beach and Hastings Street. The detached modern home is laid out over 3 spacious levels with multiple living areas. Each bedroom has access to their own luxurious bathroom so there is plenty of space for the family. There is a private courtyard with a heated* pool and comfortable outdoor living space and egg chair. Upon entering the home you are met by the first of 3 living areas. This area flows onto the enclosed pool and outdoor living space. The master, second and third bedrooms are located on this mid level as well as the main bathroom. The huge master suite has an amazing newly renovated bathroom, dressing table and walk in robe. The second bedroom has access to a new bathroom. The bedroom with the two single beds is also on this level. All bedrooms and living area have reverse cycle air conditioning. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

The top level of the home is dedicated to the spacious living area, modern kitchen and double balconies. There is a family BBQ, Nespresso compatiable pod machine and a well stocked kitchen for your use. The house and balconies surrounded by lush tropical rainforest so it is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy special time with the family.

The lower level of the home has another living area, bathroom and cosy bedroom. There is access directly to the garage via the rear door. There is also a full laundry room on this level should you have to launder on your holiday.

There is a single car garage to the rear of the house and you can park a second car lengthways across the garage door. There is some on street parking but it is hard to get these spaces as Little Cove is such a sought after location.

As our guest you have access to the entire house, single car space and pool.

Please note there is a house behind which shares the laneway down to the garage. Please ensure this laneway remains clear at all times.

Please ensure you comply with the Noosa Council code of Conduct which is very strict for all holiday accommodation in the Noosa Shire.

The house is not suitable for all adult groups due to the location and the Noosa Council by-laws. Maximum 6 adults per reservation.

The house is surrounded by lush tropical rainforest in the beautiful Little Cove suburb of Noosa Heads. Walk straight down the wooden stairs to Little Cove beach which is tucked away from the hustle and bustle and the perfect area for the family. Walk down the wooden boardwalk in less than 10 minutes to world famous Hastings Street and patrolled main beach. Amazing cafes, bars, boutiques and restaurants on your doorstep.

Getting around

Little Cove is high up on the Noosa Hill but you can walk down the wooden steps in a few minutes and be on Hastings Street within 10 minutes. You can walk, cycle or scoot around Noosa Heads. Should you wish to go further afield everything is within a 10 minute drive away. The Sunshine Coast airport is a 30 minute scenic drive away and Brisbane airport is a 1.5 easy drive to Noosa. Uber and Taxis are popular in the area and we can also recommend a luxury transport service from the airport, or simply to bring you around all the beautiful areas of Noosa.
