The space

Welcome to the beautiful ‘La Palma’ in Sunshine Beaches Heart. This fabulous own entrance two level apartment is literally located on the villages doorstep. You can walk to ‘Sunshine Social’ within a few seconds to enjoy a morning roaster before heading to the patrolled beach which is an easy couple of minutes walk.

The property itself has been fully renovated and styled with beautiful coastal furnishings throughout. When you enter via the front door you are greeted by an open plan fully stocked gourmet kitchen with all mod cons. This flows on the open plan dining and living area with a couch you can simply fall into after a long day at the beach. On this level you will find a private fully enclosed patio with alfresco dining and baby Weber BBQ. There is also a powder room on this level. There is reverse cycling air conditioning on this level.

The first level of this stunning home comprises of two spacious bedrooms (both with queen beds) and the beyond amazing bathroom. The master bedroom has a lovely balcony for you to enjoy your morning coffee. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The bathroom has been lovingly renovated with stunning pieces from Bali, cooling colours and gorgeous tapware. The laundry is also in the bathroom should you have to use it during your stay.
