The space
Enjoy a special beach break with us in stunning Sunshine Beach. We would be delighted to share our beautiful Sunshine Beach apartment with you. We have recently renovated the apartment and added lots of Coastal luxury furniture and extra special touches. Our home is perfect for a couples getaway or a family break away from the daily grind. We supply luxury linens and towels (including beach towels), organic Saya bathroom products and starter condiments. The open plan apartment consists of a bright airy kitchen with Nespresso compatible coffee machine and all mod cons. The spacious, bright living area flows onto a balcony with sun loungers and outdoor table. Enjoy a glass of ice cold wine whilst looking at those beautiful ocean views. Both bedrooms are generous in size and the master has an ocean view and cooling breezes. The apartment is literally a stones throw away from Sunshine Beach village where you can find gorgeous cafes and child friendly restaurants. The Sunshine Beach Surf Club has one of the best views in Noosa with a huge deck overlooking the ocean. We supply Wifi and flat screen TV with Foxtel. There is air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms and fans throughout. You can also enjoy beautiful cooling breezes throughout the apartment.
Guest access
As our guest you will have access to the full apartment, single secure garaged car space and swimming pool. The reception in the complex is not for our use.
Other things to note
Not suitable for groups of young people or schoolies – no exceptions.
There is a Nespresso compatible pod coffee machine for your use. We have a high chair and if you require any additional baby equipment please let us know and we can provide a quote for you.

For your stay we provide a starter pack of basic condiments. Linens and towels including beach towels are provided for the amount of guests staying.
If you require additional linen, towels, or cleaning services during your stay, please contact us before you check in, and these can be provided at an extra cost.
Noosa and Sunshine Beach are growing thriving areas and building works and renovations are common. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any noise from neighbouring properties caused by building or renovation work. No refund or reduction of tariff will be offered for noise from building or renovation work on neighbouring properties. We cannot be held accountable for any disturbance or inconvenience caused.
Noosa Council – No Party Policy and Noise Restrictions
Noosa Council has imposed a no party policy along with strict noise restrictions in the Noosa shire. Please ensure you keep noise to a minimum especially after 9pm at night. The Council are now fining guests if the policy is not adhered to.
The pool is heated in the winter months.
For bookings for 10 days or more we can organise a mid stay clean and linen change. Please let us know prior to your arrival (please note this will be at a cost to the you as the guest).
Once you have booked via Airbnb your payment information is private between you as the guest and Airbnb. We are unable to advise you when your balance is due or change your payment information. Your details and payment information will be available to you in your confirmed booking itinerary or you will need to contact Airbnb directly.
We can organise baby equipment with prior notice (72 hours minimum). Please contact us for a quote depending on what you require.
We supply two fobs which will gain you access through the undercover garage and to the apartment and pool area. Please ensure you bring these with you when leaving the apartment. The door does close & lock automatically behind you so please ensure you don’t lock yourself out.
We do supply complimentary WiFi however as the WiFi is for the complex of apartments it is not suitable for downloading, streaming or for work use.

There are so many things to enjoy whilst staying in beautiful tropical Noosa.
Surfing, Stand Up Paddle Boards, afternoon & sunset cruises to name but a few amazing activities.
Our home is a short easy stroll to gorgeous patrolled Sunshine Beach, North Sunshine Beach, Duke Street cafes, restaurants, shops and child friendly Surf Club. Dine in fabulous restaurants such as Sum Yung Guys, XO and lovely cocktails at The Marble Bar. You can also avail of the new Sum Yung Guys take away service coming in December 2018!
Hastings Street cafes, restaurants and boutiques are only a 5 min drive or 15 min bike ride away. You can walk through Noosa National Park from North Sunshine and enjoy a glass of well deserved wine at Miss Moneypenny’s or brunch at Bistro C.
Noosa National Park is one of Australia’s most visited parks and has five picturesque walking tracks ranging from one to eight kilometres and caters to all fitness levels.
Just less then 5 mins drive away at Noosa Junction is a eclectic mix of cafes, shops and restaurants. It is also the location of a large Coles which has an excellent array of groceries, Pardon’s fruit shop and fresh seafood at Noosa Junction Seafood Markets. There is also ‘Organica’ which is a large supermarket in Noosaville which stocks everything from organic wine to kids organic health lollies!
Multiple surfboard, bike and scooter hire outlets are within close proximity. World class Noosa Springs Golf Club and Noosa Aquatic Centre (with kids heated pool) are situated in the local vicinity (2 minute drive).
There are a variety of mid-week and weekend markets to enjoy such as Eumundi and Noosa Farmers Markets.
There are a multiple of day trips are available including Australia Zoo, Aussie World, The Ginger Factory, Fraser Island, and the quaint hinterland villages of Maleny, Montville and Eumundi.
If you wish, we are very happy to organise a gourmet picnic for you from ‘The Getaway Pantry’ or organise a delicious hamper to be delivered for you from ‘Lettuce Love You’.
Getting around
Everything in Sunshine Beach is accessible by any easy walk from the apartment. There are also regular local buses (which are free over the Christmas, NY and Easter periods) that travel between Sunshine Beach and Hastings Street, Noosa Junction, Noosaville and Peregian Beach. The bus stop is located close by. Maroochydore airport is only a 20 min drive away and there are many bus companies that pick up from your door, and drop off to Brisbane (1.5 hours away) and Maroochydore airports. Uber is very popular in the area and there is a local Taxi service which are very reliable.
