This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
This immaculate townhouse is located centrally between Hastings Street and Noosaville. The one of only 3 in the complex the property is secure and private with a locked gate leading to a gorgeous courtyard surrounding the property. To the front is a built in wooden bench and egg chair, perfect for reading a book or having an early morning coffee before heading to the beach. Once you walk through the front door you are greeted by an open plan airy lounge and kitchen area. The comfortable lounge with smart Apple TV flows to the kitchen with all mod cons including Nespresso pod coffee machine. The dining area is just off the kitchen. There is also laundry facilities and a powder room on this level. The rear door leads to the most beautiful courtyard surrounded by lush tropical trees, wooden in built bench seat, family size Weber BBQ and alfresco dining. The courtyard is particularly gorgeous at night when lights shine on the trees making it the perfect location to host a family BBQ or special dinner.
The three bedrooms and main bathroom are on the first level. The master bedroom with huge balcony is at the front of the townhouse. The second and third bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and all bedrooms have A/C. The main bathroom comprises of a shower and sink and is between the bedrooms.
The swimming pool is to the right of the townhouses with easy access from the property.

The property is perfectly located on Noosa Parade which is the main road from Noosaville to Hastings Street. You can walk to Rickys and Rock Salt beautiful restaurants in less than 5 minutes. Hastings Street and Main Beach are a 2 minute drive away or walk in 13 minutes along a flat road.
You can walk everywhere from this beautiful home. There are cycle paths everywhere should you wish to cycle or scoot along the flat road leading from Noosaville and Hastings Street.
