Funky 3 bedroom apartment located in idyllic Sunrise Beach and a 1 minute walk to the pristine white sand. The apartment is laid out over 2 spacious levels. The living room and kitchen are on the first level (over the car port) with balcony, blue ocean views and cooling breezes. The master bedroom and ensuite is located on the first level with access to the balcony. The two further bedrooms are located on the second level with main bathroom and full laundry facilities. There is direct access from the 3rd bedroom to the pool area, please note the pool is fully compliant with Queensland regulations).

Noosa Council Requirements
As per the new code of conduct Noosa Council have passed from the 1st of February we require the below for every guest over 18 years that will be staying / visiting the property:

Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions
Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team.
These laws also include lights being left on at night, excessive car parking (or parking on front of neighbours properties) and use of other residents’ bins. Please ensure that you are aware of these laws as they have been agreed to in our terms and conditions.

Please remember that Sunrise Beach is built on a sand dune and surrounded by National Parks. We endeavour to try our best to keep these to a minimum but they are impossible to fully eradicate and we have learned to live in unison with our precious eco system.
Our home is not suitable for schoolies or large groups of young people.
The entire building is non smoking. Please refrain from smoking both inside and on the balcony.

We are located in a quiet cul de sac in beautiful Sunrise Beach. Sunrise Beach is a residential pocket of gorgeous Noosa. The apartment is across the road from the pristine beach and Chalet and Co gourmet coffee shop is a 2-minute walk away. Drive to Hastings Street in 5 minutes, or walk to Sunshine Beach village within 20 minutes where you will find an eclectic selection of gourmet cafes, award winning restaurants and corner store.
You can easily walk to the beach from our home. If you wish to go further afield you can drive to Hastings Street, Noosa Junction and Noosaville, all less than a 10 minute drive away. Sunshine Coast airport is a 30 minute picturesque drive. You can cycle around Noosa safely on many cycle lanes. Scooter hire is close by. Uber is very popular in the area and there is also a local taxi service.
