We are delighted to present our newly renovated Noosa home. We have recently purchased the house and are looking forward to sharing it with you. Located on the Noosa River our home is living the Noosa dream. The one level house is perfect for a family looking for the ultimate beach escape with a host of amenities nearby including world famous Hastings Street and main beach. The house is located in a quiet leafy street in Noosaville and backs onto the beautiful Noosa river. There is a private jetty to the rear of the house for you to dock your boat at, or if you like you can rent a boat and spent the day sailing around before heading for cocktails at Ricky’s followed by a stunning dinner in Wasabi. Everything in Noosa is easily accessible by car (or boat) and we are only 1.5 hours away from Brisbane Airport and a 40 minute picturesque drive from the Sunshine Coast airport. Central Noosaville where the shops, Cafes and restaurants are is an easy stroll from the house in approx 15 – 20 minutes and 2 minutes by car.
The front of our home consists of a secure double garage and porch area. Once inside the spacious home you are met by three bedrooms and main bathroom on the left hand side and games room / media on the right. The open plan kitchen and family room are to the rear of the house with stunning views over the 15m lap pool and gorgeous blue river. The kitchen is an entertainers delighted and includes all mod con’s, Nespresso compatible coffee machine and basic pantry items. A Second lounge area is located in the heart of the house and leads out to a huge undercover terrace, pool area and of course private jetty.
The master wing is located to the rear of the home and overlooks the pool and river and includes large ensuite with spa bath.
We supply beautiful local organic Saya bathroom products, luxury linens and hotel grade 100% Egyptian Cotton white fluffy towels for your use.
As our guest you will have access to the entire house, double garage, jetty and swimming pool.
Other things to note
****ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY OR EXCESSIVE NOISE POLICY****
Strictly no excessive noise especially after 10pm. If you would like to stay up late and party this house is not suitable for your requirements. Our residential neighbours are close by and will complain to Noosa Council if disturbed.
Due to the bed configuration the house is suitable for MAXIMUM 6 ADULTS. Noosa Council have imposed very strict regulations on all holiday accommodation in the Noosa Shire. The most important is noise restrictions and this must be kept to a minimum, especially after the hours of 10pm at night. Unfortunately we must abide by these regulations or fines will be processed to both hosts and guests and we would be banned from holiday renting. Please ensure the house is suitable for your requirements prior to booking.
Not suitable for groups of young people or schoolies – no exceptions.

For your stay we provide a starter pack of basic condiments. Linens and towels including beach towels are provided for the amount of guests staying.
If you require additional linen, towels, or cleaning services during your stay, please contact us before you check in, and these can be provided at an extra cost.
Noosa and Sunshine Beach are growing thriving areas and building works and renovations are common. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any noise from neighbouring properties caused by building or renovation work. No refund or reduction of tariff will be offered for noise from building or renovation work on neighbouring properties. We cannot be held accountable for any disturbance or inconvenience caused.
Noosa Council – No Party Policy and Noise Restrictions
Noosa Council has imposed a no party policy along with strict noise restrictions in the Noosa shire. Please ensure you keep noise to a minimum especially after 9pm at night. The Council are now fining guests if the policy is not adhered to.
Heated Swimming Pool in Winter – We heat our beautiful swimming pool from 1st May – 1st October for your enjoyment. Please note the average temperature of the water is between 24 – 26 degrees (depending on the weather and outdoor elements). Please ensure the pool cover is kept on after 6pm to keep the heat in the pool overnight.
For bookings for 10 days or more we can organise a mid stay clean and linen change. Please let us know prior to your arrival (please note this will be at a cost to the you as the guest).
Pets – Our home is pet friendly however we do need to charge an additional $55 per pet per stay. Please let us know if you would like to bring your dog and we can add the additional fee to your quote. Please ensure you bring your pets accessories such as bed, bowls and toys. Please ensure your pet does not sit or jump on any furniture.
SUP’s – We supply two fabulous Stand Up Paddle Boards for your use during your stay. Please ensure you look after them during your stay and ensure you use the leg rope attached at all times. Please ensure they are hosed down after use and returned to the garage.
Bin Day is Tuesday. Kindly put the bins out on Monday for early Tuesday morning collection.
Noosa is built on a sand dune and we are surrounded by National Park. Due to our beautiful warm climate we do have to share our Noosa home with ants and insects. It is very hard to eradicate them completely but you can take steps to ensure they are kept to a minimum. Please do not leave food and sugary items out at any time. Ants do tend to come inside more when the weather is very dry or if heavy rain is coming.
Once you have booked via Airbnb your payment information is private between you as the guest and Airbnb. We are unable to advise you when your balance is due or change your payment information. Your details and payment information will be available to you in your confirmed booking itinerary or you will need to contact Airbnb directly.
If you have extended family or friends please contact Gemma as she co-hosts another house very close by.
Pierre our pool man attends to the pool and Steve our gardener maintains the garden. They may attend during your stay but do not need to enter the house and will not disturb you.

The house is located in a secure quiet friendly neighbourhood and is only a few minutes away by car from Hastings Street, Main Beach and also Gympie Terrace where you will find the most amazing restaurants, funky cafes and beautiful boutiques. There is plenty of outdoor activities for the kids including SUP, Surf Board, BBQ Boat and Jet Ski hire. Noosa River is also perfect for little children as the water is calm and cool. Take your beloved pet for a ramble along the riverside before going to Pirate Park playground with the children. You can bring a picnic basket or BBQ box down to the River with you and use one of the many picnic tables and complimentary BBQ’s.
You can drive everywhere in Noosa in a few minutes or if you have a boat you can jump onboard and dock off at the many locations around the river.
