The space
‘Casa Margot’ is laid out over two light and bright spacious levels. The property is very private with its own front door entrance surrounded by lush tropical trees. Inside your private courtyard you will find a day bed, leafy green plants and occasional chairs perfect for your morning coffee, or an afternoon cocktail. The downstairs of the townhouse comprises of a spacious living and dining room. Behind the living area is a well stocked kitchen with all modern amenities and is complete with a Nespresso pod coffee machine. The door off the kitchen leads out to another private courtyard with an alfresco dining table. The first level of the house comprises of two good sized bedrooms with TV in the master bedroom. This bedroom also flows onto a balcony complete with cafe table and chairs. Please note the property is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

World-famous Hastings Street and Main Beach are just over Noosa Hill (approx 20 min walk). Noosa Junction is the locals favourite.

You can easily walk to Noosa Junction in less than 5 minutes. Uber is widely used in the area and the local bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk away. There is also a local taxi service or you can hire bikes or scooters if preferred.
