Inside your private courtyard you will find a day bed, leafy green plants and occasional chairs perfect for your morning coffee, or an afternoon cocktail. The downstairs of the townhouse comprises of a spacious living and dining room. Behind the living area is a well stocked kitchen with all modern amenities and is complete with a Nespresso pod coffee machine. The door off the kitchen leads out to another private courtyard with an alfresco dining table. The first level of the house comprises of two good sized bedrooms with TV in the master bedroom. This bedroom also flows onto a balcony complete with cafe table and chairs. Please note the property is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

Best location in Noosa! The property is located in a quiet residential area of Noosa Heads a few minutes walk from Noosa Junction, including funky cafes, a cinema, and a bottle shop. World-famous Hastings Street and Main Beach are just over Noosa Hill (approx 20 min walk). Noosa Junction is the locals favourite.
