The space

Our fabulous family friendly home is located in a peaceful area of Sunshine Beach and overlooking gorgeous Ferris park (with a playground for the little ones). The house is laid out over three spacious levels so plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The lower level comprises of double garage and a set of steps leading up to the main (mid) level. The stairs flow into the open plan dining and living area with bi fold doors opening up to a large undercover deck for alfresco dining with a view over the park. The modern kitchen is an entertainers delight with lots of kitchen space, servery window onto the deck and well stocked. The master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite are also on this level along with a comfortable Media room with 70 inch Smart TV (with Netflix) and surround sound.

The beautiful pool (heated in the winter months) is private and is located on the right hand side of the house, perfect for your morning swim before heading down to the beach. Enjoy coffee and breakfast in one of the beautiful cafes a short 5 minute walk away or walk down in the evening to dine at one of the award winning restaurants.

There is a childrens playground located on the other side of the park which you can walk to in a few moments. There is no need to drive anyway whilst staying with us.

The top level of the house is dedicated to an mezzanine bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

We supply childrens toys, books and games as well as baby gates for the stairs, porta cot and high chair for your use.

Our car is parked in one car space in the garage but there is plenty of room to park your car in the other part of the garage or on the driveway. On street parking is also available.

Coffee pod machine is a Woolworths espressotoria.

Guest access

As our guest you can access to the entire house, one garage car space and private swimming pool.

Noosa Council have imposed very strict regulations on all holiday accommodation in the Noosa Shire. The most important is noise restrictions and this must be kept to a minimum, especially after the hours of 10pm at night. Unfortunately we must abide by these regulations or fines will be processed to both hosts and guests and we would be banned from holiday renting. Please ensure the house is suitable for your requirements prior to booking. To respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, any gathering of more than the nominated number of occupants is strictly prohibited at any time.

Not suitable for all adult groups – no exceptions.

We supply two single fold away beds which are best suited in the top mezzanine bedroom. If you would like these made up please give us minimum 72 hours notice prior to your arrival (suitable only for children under 12 years of age).

Our home is not pet friendly.

Our pool is heated in Winter (from 1st May – 1st October each year).

Noosa and Sunshine Beach are growing thriving areas and building works and renovations are common. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any noise from neighbouring properties caused by building or renovation work. No refund or reduction of tariff will be offered for noise from building or renovation work on neighbouring properties. We cannot be held accountable for any disturbance or inconvenience caused.

The Noosa lifestyle has so much to offer so make sure you take full advantage of it all including Surfing, Stand Up Paddle Boards, Afternoon Cruises, BBQ boats and fantastic restaurants and gourmet cafes.

The house is facing onto a beautiful park in Sunshine Beach with children’s playground on the other side. It is only a short walk to patrolled Sunshine Beach, gourmet cafes, fantastic restaurants, corner store and surf club. Main Beach, Noosa and Hastings Street with cafes, restaurants and boutiques are only a 5 min drive or 15 min bike ride away.

Noosa National Park is one of Australia’s most visited parks and has five picturesque walking tracks ranging from one to eight kilometres and caters to all fitness levels. Enjoy a fun filled afternoon walking from North Sunshine Beach to Hastings Street around Noosa Heads. You can enjoy a refreshing drink or Betty’s Burger before getting an Uber home.

Just less then 5 mins drive away at Noosa Junction is a eclectic mix of cafes, shops, cinema and restaurants. Coles is also located on Lanyana Way along with Bottle Shop, Pardons Gourmet Grocery Store and Noosa Junction Seafood Market.

Noosa has excellent bikeways and is a very cyclist-friendly community. There are multiple surfboard, bike and scooter hire outlets in the Noosaville area.

World class Noosa Springs Golf Club and Noosa Aquatic Centre (with heated childrens pool) are situated in the local area.

There are a variety of mid-week and weekend markets to enjoy such as Peregian Beach, Eumundi and Noosa Farmers Markets.

There are also a multiple of day trips available including Australia Zoo, Aussie World, The Ginger Factory, Fraser Island, and the quaint hinterland villages of Maleny, Montville and Eumundi.

Getting around

You can walk to Sunshine Beach Village and the patrolled beach from our house in 10 minutes. If you wish to go further afield you can catch a bus from the Village towards Noosa Heads or Coolum Beach. Uber is a cheap alternative to taxi’s and is very popular in the area.
