The space

The spacious apartment is located in a small complex of only two apartments and is tucked away in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Peregian Beach. Its absolute beachfront position allows quick beach access and cooling ocean breezes. The lock up garage is located on the lower level beside a set of stairs which leads directly up to the front private gate of the apartment. The large balcony with comfortable outdoor setting is behind the gate. The balcony flows through sliding doors directly into the open plan living and kitchen area of the home.

The light, bright kitchen is located directly to the right which includes all mod cons and some starter pantry items. There is a Weber BBQ on the deck beside the kitchen. The living area benefits from Plasma TV and DVD player and comfortable furnishings. The three bedrooms are located to the rear of the apartment along with main family bathroom and ensuite. Each bedroom benefits from fly screens and plantation shutters. This home is set up for a young family and includes a porta-cot and highchair if requested. The laundry includes washing machine, dryer and drying racks. Beautiful hotel grade linen and white fluffy towels plus local plant based Saya toiletries add to the bespoke feel of our home. Complimentary wifi is supplied.

There is a brand new swimming pool located at the rear of the building and is only shared by one other apartment. It is perfect for a cooling dip or for your little ones to enjoy splashing around in. Beach towels are provided for your use.

Guest access
As our guest you will have access to the entire apartment and of course to the gorgeous pool area and garage.
Other things to note

Please note our home is absolute beachfront however due to the sand dunes the apartment does not have ocean views. You can still let the noise of the waves lull you to sleep at night 🙂

Sorry but our home is not suitable for Schoolies or large groups of young people.

Maximum 6 adults due to the bedding confirmation and size of the apartment.

Noosa is built on a sand dune and we are surrounded by National Park. Due to our beautiful warm climate we do have to share our Noosa home with ants and insects. It is very hard to eradicate them completely but you can take steps to ensure they are kept to a minimum. Please do not leave food and sugary items out at any time. Ants do tend to come inside more when the weather is very dry or if heavy rain is coming.

The apartment is located in a very quiet pocket of Peregian Beach and is only a short 7 – 8 minute walk away from the hub of the village. Peregian is known for it outstanding surf spots, family friendly cafes and restaurants along with its chilled out vibe. Hastings Street and Noosa Heads is only 15 minutes away and is a cheap Uber right from both Noosa Heads and from Coolum Beach.

If you would like to go further afield Noosaville is a 20 minute drive away and you can hire BBQ boats, SUP’s, surf boards, bicycles and jet skis. We have dined in every restaurant and cafe in the area and we can recommend lots of ideas for special occasions.

The apartment is a picturesque 20 minute drive away from the Sunshine Coast Airport and a 1.5 quick drive from Brisbane Airport.

The world class Noosa Springs Golf Course, gym and Spa are a 15 minute drive away. Eumundi Markets are on Wednesday and Saturdays and Peregian Beach itself has a Sunday morning market every second weekend with the Peregian Originals festival on alternate Sundays. Malany and Montville are an hour away where you can enjoy a beautiful relaxing hinterland experience.

The Aquatic Centre with gym in Sunrise Beach is great for the keen swimmer while mum can also enjoy a coffee from the onsite café. The undercover children’s pool is heated and there are two 50m pools outdoors.

Getting around

You can walk to everything from the apartment however if you would like to go to Noosa you can either Uber or travel by public bus. Bicycle tracks are all along the David Low Way up to Noosa Heads.
