The space

This fabulous and spacious apartment is located in the beautiful and tropical Andari resort. The apartment has its own front door entrance and flows over 3 levels. When you walk through the front door you walk up a set of stairs which will lead you to an open plan breezy cool lounge and dining area flowing onto an undercover balcony. The modern kitchen is also on this level with a good quality coffee machine machine. Open the sliding doors and enjoy the most gorgeous blue ocean views imaginable. There is reverse cycle air conditioning and fans in the living area. A set of stairs then bring you up to the top level master retreat. This huge bedroom has a comfortable king bed and a single bed in case your little one would prefer to sleep close to you. Gorgeous blue views are on this level and you can hear the waves crashing on the beach. This bedroom also have air conditioning and a fan. There is a large master ensuite bathroom and walk in robe.

The ground level of the apartment comprises of 2 further bedrooms, one with 2 x singles and 1 x luxury queen bed. Both these bedrooms also have air conditioning and fans. The master bath with bathtub is on this lower level as well as a seperate laundry room with washer and dryer.

The apartment has been styled with coastal furnishings and decor and is well maintained.

The property is located in a very quiet residential area and only a 2 minute walk to patrolled Sunshine Beach, Duke Street cafes, restaurants, shops and surf club. Noosa foreshore and Hastings Street cafes, restaurants and boutiques are only a 5 min drive or 15 min bike ride away.

Noosa National Park and its beautiful coastline, private beaches and bays is only a 10-15 min walk away along the beach front. Noosa National Park is one of Australia’s most visited parks and has five picturesque walking tracks ranging from one to eight kilometres and caters to all fitness levels.

Just less then 5 mins drive away at Noosa Junction is a eclectic mix of cafes, shops and restaurants. It is also the location of Coles which has an excellent array of groceries, Pardon’s fruit shop and fresh seafood at Noosa Junction Seafood Markets.

There are a multitude of activities to choose from such as surfing lessons, stand up paddling, kite surfing, boat cruises, hot, group and beach yoga, walking trails. Noosa has excellent bikeways and is a very cyclist-friendly community. There are multiple surfboard, bike and scooter hire outlets in the area.

World class Noosa Springs Golf Club and Noosa Aquatic Centre are situated in the local vicinity.

There are a variety of mid-week and weekend markets to enjoy such as Eumundi and Noosa Farmers Markets.

There are also a multiple of day trips available including Australia Zoo, Aussie World, The Ginger Factory, Frazer Island, and the quaint hinterland villages of Maleny, Montville and Eumundi.

Getting Around

Everything in Sunshine Beach is accessible by any easy walk from the apartment. There are also regular local buses (which are free over the Christmas, NY and Easter periods) that travel between Sunshine Beach and Hastings Street, Noosa Junction, Noosaville and Peregian Beach. The bus stop is located close by. Maroochydore airport is only a 20 min drive away and there are many bus companies that pick up from your door, and drop off to Brisbane (1.5 hours away) and Maroochydore airports. Uber is very popular in the area and there is a local Taxi service which are very reliable.
