The space

Fabulous 2 bed apartment located on Belmore Terrace in Sunshine Beach. The property is only a 2 minute walk to stunning Sunshine Beach, renovated Surf Club and eclectic Sunshine village where you will find a host of amenities. The apartment itself flows over 2 spacious levels with 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the lower level & open plan living on the upper level. Gorgeous ocean glimpses can be seen from the upper level. The modern kitchen has everything you need including a Nespresso compatible pod coffee machine. The living room is light and bright and enjoys cooling ocean breezes. Comfortable lounge flows out onto the balcony with alfresco bar area and sun lounger. There is also a powder room on the 1st level.

The ground level comprises of 2 spacious bedrooms, master with TV (Netflix only), ensuite and A/C. The second bedroom has twin beds and a ceiling fan. Luxury linen and five star hotels grade towels (including beach towels) are also provided. Don’t forget to bring your own make up accessories.

The two level apartment has its on front door entrance and single secure garage space.

As our guest you have access to the entire apartment, single garage space and resort pool (heated to 25 degrees in winter)

A/C – there is air conditioning in the living area and the master bedroom. There is a ceiling fan in the second bedroom

To access the property there is a stairwell leading up from the pedestrian entrance on Belmore Terrace, or you can access the property from the underground car park via a couple of sets of stairs

The pool is heated during the Winter months to 25 degrees.

The Noosa lifestyle has so much to offer so make sure you take full advantage of it. Surfing, Stand Up Paddle Boards, Afternoon Cruises to name but a few amazing activities

The property is located in a very quiet residential area and only a 2 minute walk to patrolled Sunshine Beach, Duke Street cafes, restaurants, shops and surf club. Noosa foreshore and Hastings Street cafes, restaurants and boutiques are only a 5 min drive or 15 min bike ride away.

Noosa National Park and its beautiful coastline, private beaches and bays is only a 10-15 min walk away along the beach front. Noosa National Park is one of Australia’s most visited parks and has five picturesque walking tracks ranging from one to eight kilometres and caters to all fitness levels.

Just less then 5 mins drive away at Noosa Junction is a eclectic mix of cafes, shops and restaurants. It is also the location of Coles which has an excellent array of groceries, Pardon’s fruit shop and fresh seafood at Noosa Junction Seafood Markets.

There are a multitude of activities to choose from such as surfing lessons, stand up paddling, kite surfing, boat cruises, hot, group and beach yoga, walking trails. Noosa has excellent bikeways and is a very cyclist-friendly community. There are multiple surfboard, bike and scooter hire outlets in the area.

World class Noosa Springs Golf Club and Noosa Aquatic Centre are situated in the local vicinity.

There are a variety of mid-week and weekend markets to enjoy such as Eumundi and Noosa Farmers Markets.

There are also a multiple of day trips available including Australia Zoo, Aussie World, The Ginger Factory, Frazer Island, and the quaint hinterland villages of Maleny, Montville and Eumundi.

Getting Around

Everything in Sunshine Beach is accessible by any easy walk from the apartment. There are also regular local buses (which are free over the Christmas, NY and Easter periods) that travel between Sunshine Beach and Hastings Street, Noosa Junction, Noosaville and Peregian Beach. The bus stop is located close by. Maroochydore airport is only a 20 min drive away and there are many bus companies that pick up from your door, and drop off to Brisbane (1.5 hours away) and Maroochydore airports. Uber is very popular in the area and there is a local Taxi service which are very reliable.
