The space

Welcome to the luxurious ‘Coconut Bliss’ in the beachside village of Sunshine Beach. Stunning 3 bedroom apartment flowing over 3 spacious levels with glorious ocean views from all bedrooms and the living area. The apartment is located on Belmore Terrace and an easy walk to eclectic Sunshine Village where you will find a host of amenities including the newly renovated Surf Club, gourmet corner store, funky bars and cool restaurants. The complex is a 2 minute walk to the patrolled (all year round) pristine beach and a 5 minute drive to world famous Hastings Street and Main Beach

The entry level of the property leads into the spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area with 65 inch TV (with full Foxtel), sublime blue ocean views and cooling breezes. The kitchen has all mod cons including Nespresso compatible coffee machine. Enjoy afternoon BBQ’s on the balcony with a cocktail or two in hand. There is also a powder room on this level.

The top level of the property comprises solely of the luxury master retreat. Wake up to the sound of the birds and watch the waves crashing onto the beach. There is a large ensuite bathroom off the bedroom along with a walk in wardrobe.

The lower level of the property comprises of two further bedrooms, the main bathroom with bath and the laundry room. The two bedrooms have A/C and blue ocean views.

Stairs – the property spaciously flows over 3 levels. To obtain these beautiful ocean views from every level the property is located at the top of the resort. To access the property there is a stairwell leading up from the pedestrian entrance on Belmore Terrace, or you can access the property from the underground car park via a couple of sets of stairs.

The pool is heated during the Winter months to 26 degrees.

The property is located in a very quiet residential area and only a 2 minute walk to patrolled Sunshine Beach, Duke Street cafes, restaurants, shops and surf club. Noosa foreshore and Hastings Street cafes, restaurants and boutiques are only a 5 min drive or 15 min bike ride away.

Noosa National Park and its beautiful coastline, private beaches and bays is only a 10-15 min walk away along the beach front. Noosa National Park is one of Australia’s most visited parks and has five picturesque walking tracks ranging from one to eight kilometres and caters to all fitness levels.

Just less then 5 mins drive away at Noosa Junction is a eclectic mix of cafes, shops and restaurants. It is also the location of Coles which has an excellent array of groceries, Pardon’s fruit shop and fresh seafood at Noosa Junction Seafood Markets.

There are a multitude of activities to choose from such as surfing lessons, stand up paddling, kite surfing, boat cruises, hot, group and beach yoga, walking trails. Noosa has excellent bikeways and is a very cyclist-friendly community. There are multiple surfboard, bike and scooter hire outlets in the area.

World class Noosa Springs Golf Club and Noosa Aquatic Centre are situated in the local vicinity.

There are a variety of mid-week and weekend markets to enjoy such as Eumundi and Noosa Farmers Markets.

There are also a multiple of day trips available including Australia Zoo, Aussie World, The Ginger Factory, Frazer Island, and the quaint hinterland villages of Maleny, Montville and Eumundi.

Getting Around

Everything in Sunshine Beach is accessible by any easy walk from the apartment. There are also regular local buses (which are free over the Christmas, NY and Easter periods) that travel between Sunshine Beach and Hastings Street, Noosa Junction, Noosaville and Peregian Beach. The bus stop is located close by. Maroochydore airport is only a 20 min drive away and there are many bus companies that pick up from your door, and drop off to Brisbane (1.5 hours away) and Maroochydore airports. Uber is very popular in the area and there is a local Taxi service which are very reliable.
